Would give 0 stars if possible. I just left this office. Very disappointed with the obvious money grabs and lack oflistening on the part of this vet. I have a very healthy 13 yeat old mid size dog. I live on a farm and am veryinformed when it comes to animal care and health. Occasionally I need to see a vet because obviously I am not able toobtain any scripts without Vet. So I brought my healthy dog here because occasionally she plays a little too hard withmy younger dog and her back leg gets a little sore. Typically I give her a previcox and the next morning she is perfectagain. So I ran out of this and needed to get established closer to my new home. I explained all of this to the vet andhe proceeded to try to charge me for nearly $500 for things that my dog did not need in any way.

Dr. Taksir is one in a million! He is caring and he listens with the mind of a doctor and the heart of a good human being. He does everything he can to help his patients and the families who love him.

We brought our kitty Emily in for a state mandated rabies shot - (yes, she is an indoor cat.) It was our first visit here, and we couldn't have been more impressed. We were warmly greeted by the lovely receptionist, then met Dr. Taksin. He was kind, friendly, very knowledgeable and considerate. He spent a lot of time with us advising the best way to care for our old girl. He is conservative, gentle, old school and concerned about the health of animals. His relaxed demeanor and dry sense of humor was a pleasure to experience. We will recommend him to all of our pets owners, and we will be back.

If I could give negative stars I would. Place is outdated and only out for a payday. He uses scare tactics to have you spend way more money then necessary on items that your pet doesn't actually need (confirmed by new VET).Any time we visited He would out a rope around my puppys neck and tie her up on a table. The rope would get so tight you could tell she couldn't breath and multiple times had to reach around him to make sure she was safe.My sheltie/boarder Collie mix needed blood drawn. He shaved her whole neck and poked her about 20+ times before coming to get one of us to help. She ended up unnecessarily brused. He proceeded to tell me if she scratched this huge spot he shaved and it broke skin I needed to rush her back to him for antibiotics or else she'd die.STAY AWAY. Please be smarter then I was and don't even allow then to see your animal!!

Called with a sick pup and was able to be seen that day and he was a new patient. Dr. was very personable, caring, and informative. Gave 4 instead of 5 because I felt it was a bit pricey but great through ser service.

Was told my visit would be $90, then at the end of the visit they told me nearly $900!! This was never mentioned at any time during the appointment. I left feeling extremely ripped off. Definitely will not visit ever again.

There is no experience. They were closed. I had called the day before asking for an appointment to euthanize my cat. They couldn't accomodate us for 3 days. My cat passed the next day and I drove over with the cat hoping they would send her out for cremation but they were closed. I had taken all of my cats there. I was disappointed in them especially when I tried to ask how I could make her comfortable and I was berated. I am very sad for the loss of a decades old partnership in caring for my cats.

I had to give 1 star but if it was up to me I would of gave none… brought my 10 year old dog to him and he was very unprofessional had my dog raised up on a table chocking her with a rope..my dog could not breath we told him to loosen up the rope and he kept it tight to the point that my husband took her right off the table.. also had to stick my poor baby 2 times due to the fact that he didn’t get the bloodThe first time. He also lowered the table right down on my leg leaving a marks n bruises.. He kept talking like it was time to put my dog down… even over talking us trying to talk us into putting her down.. WE FOUND A WONDERFUL VET THAT ALL SHE NEEDED WAS ANTIBIOTIC THAT HE REFUSED TO GIVE US AND GUESS WHAT SHE IS RUNNING AROUND LIKE SHE IS 6 months old BEWARE I WOULDNT TAKE A Squirrel there pretty sad

Great veterinarian. Dr. Taksir is very thorough, takes his time to ensure he has covered everything that you've brought your pet in for. He then tells you why the ailment may have occurred to prevent it from reoccurring. He then treats it and explains how and why while he does, then educates you on how to maintain treatment on your own. Doesn't push any unnecessary treatments or tests, appropriate pricing. 10/10, will be my dog's permanent vet. If you are local go check him out, you won't regret it.

Great vet and service. He takes his time to give a very thorough exam and explains all your options. No rush or overselling whatsoever. Highly recommended.

I work in animal rescue and operate a sanctuary for elderly and/or sick pets which includes an unusually gorgeous, sweet, smart and special FIV positive male cat named Milo. One morning I found him hiding under the couch. One side of his face was severely infected and he was limp in my arms. My regular vet was closed Sundays and last time I visited the Emergency Clinic, we spent 9 hours in the car in the parking lot before being seen. Dr Taksir's kind and knowledgible wife and Office Mgr, Erit, told me to bring him in right away. She let me know there would be a $55 charge in addition to the exam fee for an after hours & unscheduled visit, which I found very fair. After his exam, Dr Taksir found Milo needed immediate surgery if there was any chance he would survive. He told me it would cost approximately $3,000 (depending on what he encountered) and that Milo might not survive. Milo survived and Dr Taksir adjusted the $3,000 estimate downward. He taught me to care for the wound at home and medicate Milo, saving me the cost of extensive hospitalization. Sadly, the wound likely began as an AIDS lesion, as Milo is now diaqnosed with active AIDS. I am grateful Dr Taksir was able to extend my time with Milo and have confidence that if anyone can extend it further, it would be him.

I brought my 18+ year old cat Stevie there recently. She was quite sick, and had lost a lot of weight. The vet gave me a few different options, but there was nothing that would have prolonged her life much longer. So, I had to say goodbye to my little Stevie. Her health deteriorated so fast, it caught me by surprise. Thanks to the vet, she isn't suffering anymore. (I only wish that I had brought her to him sooner.)
