Norb Miller quoted us $500.00 to install a new kitchen sink, but then he has an employee call to say the price has gone up to $650.00. Price increased $150.00 in less than 3 weeks and this is after Norb signed a contract for the work at $500.00. Would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

Excellent! Norb was quick to respond to my request and actually visited my house on same day that I requested a quote. I told him I needed it done in 2 weeks and he was able to fit me in - doing most of the work himself. The result was great - professionally done and looks like it has always been there. He brainstormed some issues like moving electrical switches and replacing floor where a vent had been. Price was reasonable. I would recommend Norb for any home project.

During the estimation process, Mr. Miller had a number of suggestions which greatly improved both projects. The work was carried out in a prompt and professional way. Great attention to detail was made. Also, at the end of each day, the work area was cleaned completely. The results exceeded our expectations and we feel we got great value for our money. We highly recommend Mr. Miller's company.

Norb and my family had an appointment this afternoon (7/8/20). I was anxious to meet Mr, Miller and get feedback. Mr. Miller failed to show. He failed to call. That is TOTAL DISRESPECT for me and my family as we wated all afternoon for him. He is FIRED before he even started! His behavior is NOT acceptable as a professional! Good Bye Norb.

Norb Miller was great and very easy to work with. Was available by text/phone/in-person whenever I had questions. Quality of his work was great. I got everything I asked for at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him and will use him for future jobs.

It went well. I was pleased with the cost, the projects were done in an appropriate time frame. The workers were meticulous, and timely.!

Norb did some minor electric work repairing incoming power to our shed and replacing a well cap with conduit to protect the wire. The work was done satisfactorily as far as I can see. He was prompt on arrival and the total work took less than 1.5hrs. We were quoted for the job ($440) and ended up paying what we were originally quoted. I asked how much he charges per hour and he said $100/hr. Doing the math we paid considerably more than $100/hr on today's small project. My question is, if this job took considerably longer than he forecasted would he try and charge more because he ran into a problem? This is what isn't clear to me. I should've asked. He did offer the choice per hour before quoting us, I should have said whichever is less. Did I end up paying too much for a job taking only 1.5 hrs and with less than $100. in materials? It seems kinda pricey but I'm a person of my word so I paid it. But, I've had similar situation's where the contractor gave me a break in the original quote and this helped earn my trust with them. I would like to get a lot more work done with more expensive projects in mind and want to find someone who is a good value for the money as we go along, someone we trust which is hard to find these days, making us reluctant. I would have given 5 stars if I felt this was the case. We have a lot bigger projects than this needing to be completed and I'll continue my search to find a contractor who I feel is the best value for my hard earned money.UPDATE following Norb's reply: After reading both sides you decide who is fair and honest and who is more professional. I did not call any names or make derogatory statements, I asked a question and did not get an answer. Instead I was called a name, he should know better than this after being in business. Btw, I did mention a different contractor ( who I praised) and Norb left that part out I see. This other contractor I've used now has health issues, otherwise we'd be moving right along smoothly as we have for the past 30 years. I was testing the waters with Norb Miller Contracting on a small project before giving them a chance on a much more costlier project. I initially gave him a 3 star response, but now it's a (1) because of his poor response to my concern. Disappointed!!

Norb removed my old kitchen and reinstalled a complete new kitchen. He knows what he is doing and was helpful in design suggestions and making changes that worked better for the kitchen. All the work they did was high quality, and he is really good with tile. His pricing is reasonable and he made things right without charging more. Only negative was dusting the house when they removed the old tile and they could be neater but it is construction work. You shouldn't hesitate to hire him for your remodeling project.

We were very satisfied with the work overall. Norb is very willing to listen and offer suggestions. His prices were fair and lower than other estimates. He has a wealth of experience. He works deliberately and does not rush which is great. For the first bathroom it went very seamlessly. We did have a couple things with the second bath that we wanted corrected and Norb was very willing to correct them and did to our satisfaction.

It all went very well. I was anxious about the work that needed to be done and his manor is kinda laid back and easy going so it made the experience much easier for me. He did exactly what he said he was going to do in the time frame he gave for the agreed upon price. I definitely recommend Norb and would use him again in a minute.

I was impressed that he was so meticulous. His work is excellent. He responded quickly, he stuck to his estimate , and he completed his work quickly. He also did a few extra things without charge.
