Great service; poor management. Ran out of several dishes. Cold sides. Ran out of wine? At a winery?

We had a lovely peaceful meal here last night, our server was incredibly nice and attentive. Cannot wait to visit again!

Stayed here the night of Aug 21. Stay included a 5 wine sampling and a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. The room is just ok, but the views on the patio of the room are amazing. All the employees were very nice as well. Stopped by here while traveling to Niagara falls from Maryland, and the wife already wants to come back next year.

Great dinner experience! The food, people and prices were all great. The restaurant is right on the vineyard and oversees the lake. Highly recommend!

This is a nice Finger Lakes experience, but it could be so much better. It's May, so early season operations, but the Inn is very average. The check-in was ok but less than hospitable. The rooms are nice with a decent balcony, but the construction of the place reeks of average quality. Our room was clean, but the rug was stained. A great view of the lake is the best part of this hotel. If your sights aren't too high, this place/experience is OK.

We attended Mother’s Day’s brunch. It was not worth the money. It was not farm to table. Desserts were great but everything else tasted like cardboard. When spending almost $200 for brunch you expect good quality. It was not. Don’t waste your money. Out server was great though(Cam)

Lovely lunch on a Friday in April. Reservations were required and were no problem. Staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to offer/provide a few "extras". Dining room is rustic with a grand view of the vineyards and Seneca Lake. Will surely dine here again.

As a Wedding Photographer, I've spent a considerable time in and around Glenora, both as a vendor, and as a guest enjoying the amenities, and the experience is simply divine. The food at Veraisons, is absolutely fantastic, and a must try if you're on a tour. The same compliments apply to their Wedding dinner service, simply some of the best you could ask for in the Finger Lakes. If you are considering Glenora to host your Wedding, I implore you to do so, it is easily one of my favorite location to shoot at, and the staff and coordinators are so accommodating. Glenora has easily one of the best views of any of the Finger Lakes, and it makes for an incredible backdrop for your picture perfect wedding, or simply enjoying your Riesling.

5 stars in every catagory for Veraisons at the Inn at Glenora wine Cellars. My husband bought a valentine package this past weekend at Glenora Wine Cellars. First I loved the fact the resturant was designed inside the Inn. No need to go out in cold weather. 2nd I loved the menu which offers locally regional cuisine and local wine beer and spirits. The chef makes sure healthy choices are included in the menu. May I recommend the vegan Ravioli. Which was amazing! Loved all the veggie stuffed healthy homemade pockets which melted in my mouth. Also the beet house salad was delicious. White red beets were plated with arugula red onion and just enough goat cheese served with a nice vinageret dressing. My husband ordered the salmon. Crusted on the outside to perfection and nice and moist inside. Served with 2 sides of choice. Cocktail of choice was the "lady mamussa" featuring Glenoras wine and other goodness. A beautiful resturant and we had the perfect table next to the stone fireplace. Generous portions. Thankyou Veraisons cannot wait to visit again soon!

So much good to say about this place.1. Super COVID cognizant. I felt very safe as an immune compromised person. The tables were spaced very nice and far apart, staff all wearing masks.2. Good music choices that are also not too loud!3. View is beautiful, even at night. Just so pretty.4. Ambience is quiet and lovely.5. Food was so dang phenomenal, and the drinks were brilliant. We got both beer and cocktails.6. Very surprised at how reasonably priced this place was!7. SO MANY OPTIONS for dietary restrictions and they were open and willing to modify things. There were even dessert choices for dairy free which never happens.Facts:Reservations had to be made ahead of time, but note the online reservation thing on Google isn't working! Definitely call! We were glad we did.You need your mask! Don't be that person. We will definitely going again this was just wonderful.

Sublime view, but subpar food. Definitely nab a patio spot or a window table! We ordered a bread starter, short ribs main, and salmon dish. The food was just average...I found my Salmon dish flavours were not harmonized and the couscous bland.

It pains me to write this mediocre review, as I can tell the management and staff have been working so diligently to try to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction at this property despite pandemic-induced staffing challenges, but here I am lying wide awake again in bed after 11:30 PM because of non-existent soundproofing of the door that connects our room (224) to the adjacent room (225). Last night we heard every noise (every noise) until 2:30 AM, and I slept horribly as a result. I am hoping these neighboring guests will not be as loud as late this evening, too. I am not sure if these adjoining room doors are required by NY state fire code or what, but when you can hear every word of every conversation through these doors it can certainly make it difficult to sleep without earplugs. Meanwhile we haven't heard a peep out of the guests in the other adjacent room (223) with no adjoining/shared door since we checked in a few days ago. Through social media research it sounds like this adjoining door is not insulated properly, which is wholly unacceptable for a place that markets itself as a luxury inn. Some observations: GROUNDS: Impeccably-maintained. Yesterday we even saw a man spraying herbicides on clover that was emerging around the exterior doorways to the lodge adjacent to the primary landscaping. This shows incredible attention to detail. The parking areas and driveways look to be relatively recently repaved and are very smooth. VIEW: Breathtaking. When we first checked in I immediately put down my luggage and ran out to our balcony. The lake view is quite simply awe-inspiring. I love sunrises, and the sunrise views here have to be amongst the best in the region. STAFF: Generally corteous and professional. The female that checked us in was incredibly friendly and informative; she seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. It seemed like it was the first day on the job for the girl who did our complimentary tastings, but she did fine. We bought six bottles. CLEANLINESS: I can't praise the cleaning staff enough. When we arrived the room was impeccably clean. Our room was cleaned daily while we were exploring. Our bed was made, our garbages were emptied, our toilet was cleaned, our towels were refreshed, and our coffees and bottled waters were also refreshed. I was impressed! There is either some black mold or heavy mildew forming on the top of the exterior of our shower stall above the shower curtain, but it is not a large mass of it (yet). LOCATION: Glenora is located a tad further away from any cute walkable town center (Watkins Glen, Penn Yan, Dundee, Geneva, etc.) than I would like, but you can still get to most local communities within a 15-20-minute drive. We explored all of these aforementioned communities and enjoyed them immensely. NY is such a beautiful state. ROOM: Smallish TV (not a "smart TV", so you won't be able to access your streaming services). No microwave. Good mini-fridge. Complimentary bottle of wine. Mr. Coffee coffeemaker with great locally-sourced Seneca Sunrise Coffee (kind people at that place---check them out!). Surprisingly uncomfortable beds and pillows (too firm and flat, respectively, for me personally). Again, not sure if ALL rooms have that adjoining door or not, but if they do your ability to sleep will be at the mercy of whomever they give the adjacent room to and if they blast their TV, laugh, and make loud "o" noises late into the night or not. I expected much better door soundproofing for the price we paid per night for this room. Jacuzzi was nice but took 20 minutes to drain, which made us think we broke it at first. Shower was tiny but VERY nice (LOVE the water pressure!)
