Awesome staff! Would recommend this location and doing all you're phone / accessorie shopping at this location. You're greeted with kinds smiles. Everyone as in staff at this location are inclined and know what they are doing . Unlike other locations. I was in and out with in 20 minutes and a new line and service.

It is like the people that work here are actively trying to convince you to go elsewhere. It seemed like the store had a good selection, but we wouldn't know as very little was explained or shown to us. The woman working here was minimally helpful with answering questions about plans and options AND we are trying to switch over FOUR lines from a competitor. She gave very little information. Was not helpful at all in explaining the process of transferring lines and phones from another carrier. We will not be going back.

Went into the store in a desperate need for a phone as mine fell and screen was broken.( I had the Samsung flip) It was very close to closing time and Micheal the mgr. Went above and beyond to help me purchase the right phone in a short amount of time. My phone has everything on it and he was able to transfer everything except a few contacts.

Went to the store with the husband. They explained nothing then tells us we had to pay taxes. I had ot added online to me next cell bill and they said they couldn't do that so now his current phone That is paid off has a next plan on ot and says we owe over 1,000 on a paid off phone...
