I brought an expensive clock in today to get packaged and mailed. The owner was fantastic and went out of his way so everything went smooth. Great experience!! 5 Stars!!!!

Disappointed with new ownership, mainly new unstated policies. I've been using box mania for years with no issues whatsoever. I used them weeks ago and all seemed the same aside from the owner. I went in this week l needing labels printed from online businesses. After 2 were printed the owner looks at me and says, "Can you give a $1 for 2 labels?" As if it were a made up price he tossed into the wind,. I told him he was fortunate I had my wallet as I've never been charged before. "Well everything else is free you can give $1 for the labels." Arrogant & rude. Whatever. I pay for postage on my online businesses, the post office doesn't charge me BUT if you feel he need to charge then post a sign like any other reputable business person. We checked on FB as well yet this change wasn't mentioned. Furthermore my packages were not picked up until 4:00 pm the following day. If my packages were dropped off in the morning (as these were too) they were always picked up early afternoon, late afternoon depending on the time. Prior these would have been on early pick up. Again noting stated to this change either.

They do a great job, prices ok,can ship various ways,go to one place for everything, have also gotten great reviews for myself for things that I sold, box mania packed and shipped for me.also very good customer service and friendly.

This business lists notarizing as a service, yet after waiting in line for 5 to 10 minutes, they stated that they don't offer it (even though a nearby business and online says differently). Rude staff; unprofessional. Disappointing. Attitude and words do matter.
