The pharmacy needs to be honest with their customers and tell them that meds are out of stock. Don't promise the customers that they'll be there the next day.

I called store to see if they had what I needed. Clerk checked and had it ready behind counter for me on my arrival. Service was efficient and friendly. Went to Dunkirk store on Central Ave. Clerks there always very helpful, help customers find what they want. Have even checked as necessary on occasion if item was out of stock whether they had any more in back of store ready to be stocked. Fast, friendly service ?
