Felix the store manager and Jillian is absolutely amazing!! SO HELPFUL. Brought my elderly parents in to change their Verizon phones to Spectrum Mobile and changed their cable plan to include more channels. They were incredibly patient and helpful. Thank you all at Spectrum Dunkirk NY
