Went here about 5 years ago, and because of their awesome mechanic at the time I told other family members to go there too. After the mechanic left due to being treated like crap ( I know him personally) there wasn’t anything good about them. I usually like to give folks the benefit of the doubt, but after countless horrible experiences it’s time to let others know the truth.
My sister got charged like 1200 for “brake pads and a sway bar” and then couldn’t pass inspection. I personally looked at the work they did and found that the “sway bar” was not replaced and instead a $10. Sway bar link was replaced with the wrong one. After my van was T-boned and the collision shop had Valley tire do the alignment I was still having trouble with it so I called them up to ask the guy who did it a few questions the guy who answered (pretty sure he is the heavy set man behind the desk) said he couldn’t pull him away from his work for 2 minutes to answer my questions and that I could come over and talk to him in person. I then explained that I was in Alabama on a trip and couldn’t do that, could I get his number and talk with him after work? The response was like “you dumby! I don’t give out numbers” so I’m like, is there no way I could just talk with him for a few minutes…? As im saying that he just hangs up. So yeah. That’s just a few awful experiences there. And I might add that he has ALWAYS been rude to me in the past so not surprising that he is still his miserable self. If I could give this place a -1000 star I totally would. Hopefully others have had better experiences

Went to simply get bcm removed which I already had did 98 percent of the work myself by removing most of it, just needed 2 stubborn connectors out so I could take bcm to get repaired and they charged me $145 ridiculous, they did not work on it for more than 30 mins was gonna go back to get other work done in the future but would never go here again, ridiculously overly priced for a simple solution, right after they messed up and took the wrong part out that I never asked for, and were convinced it was a BCM. I would recommend to not go here unless you enjoy being robbed.

I drive up from Florida in the summer and for some reason seem to need tires when I get here. (different cars). Three years in a row. Good grief this has to stop. However, when the time comes, I’ll be back. they do a great job.

The mechanics definitely get the job done. Anytime I need anything they are right on top of it. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Adam is always an amazing help.

Worked on my semi tires as soon as they opened. Found what was wrong right away and just took care of everything.

Second time they failed me on inspections when there was nothing wrong. Brought my truck to the Toyota Dealer after Valley failed it, they found nothing wrong. I have bought quite a few sets of tires from Valley over the years, won’t be doing business with them again. A safety inspection is not a license to steal, shame on them for being dishonest. This was not a mistake it’s systematic policy.

I was ‘rescued’ TWICE in 1 day, May 14 2025, by a service man named Jeff.
Jeff came out to replace a bad tire and rim on my Freight Liner. He was kind, efficient and had a great sense of humor!
Later that evening, while now loaded, a second tire blew out! Smh!
Although, being farther away than I was the first time, Jeff came back out to help me again!
He still had that same great energy, even though it was 11 pm by this time.
Thank you Jeff! And thank you Valley Tire for having such a competent, super great employee!!

Traveling and had low tire pressure light come on, Valley Tire of Dunkirk checked all tires to find no issue giving us peace of mind! And they didn’t charge for their time! Thank you!

Went to today to get an alignment and to also have my tires mounted and balanced . Customer service was top notch , everyone was so professional and even with the amount of work they did to my car today they still had my car in and out . I have never been here before today and they deff gained another customer! Thank you all down there for all your hard work!
