He was always fast and helpful. The repairs I have had done have turned out less expensive than I would have guessed. He also was willing to install parts that I provided myself which a lot of places will not do. I know several people who use VMP and they have all been happy.

Have brought my Harley here a few times now and never had one single issue. Todd the owner knows his stuff and he's very honest and fair when it comes to pricing. Not sure what the previous bad review was about but I'm willing to bet it's far from accurate and false based on the multiple times I've been here.
I recommend this shop for your bike any time.

Very unpleased with the unprofessional demeanor of the owner/operator Todd Gates. He was not a pleasant person to deal with and came across as if he was doing you a favor when he is trying to run a business. I was quoted hundreds of dollars less than I ended up paying. The issue with my motorcycle was never fixed and my bike was not properly assembled after the fact. I would usually never recommend a dealership over a small local business, but will most definitely make an exception in this case. Buyer Beware!
