DAMON BAEHREL is a Chef, Native Plant Expert, Organic Grower, Author and Creator of Native Harvest Cuisine. Since 1989, the completely self-sustaining restaurant & 12 acre property/farm has become a destination for food enthusiasts from around the world. Damon is the Chef/Owner and sole employee. Over months and years, he creates every component needed to execute and serve his multi-course, 5+ hour tasting menus (including unique flours & pressed oils) from his property/farm. It's an experience unlike any other in the world and involves all the senses. The annual schedule is currently planned & reserved years in advance. After a date is secured, a deposit is required before a reservation is confirmed.
