“I bought a new computer here but had some issues with it after tsking it home. I brought it back to see if these issues could be resolved. Eddie and Javar were incredibly patient and kind while they fixed my computer issues. It is now working perfectly. This is why Staples is my computer store. The customer service is top notch.”

“It's a small post office which shares the same lot as the old-school but despite it being small, it's still a quaint little place for your mail. My family for many years used this post office And always had great service when getting in our mail, stamps, packages, etc... Though, we did have some run-ins with a rude employee, but as of late the workers at the post office are pretty nice and helpful.”

“I have been using this U.P.S. store for over ten years now and have found it to be nothing but accommodating and to have an excellent sense of business acumen.
The manager Kendra has with swiftness and accuracy taking care of any problems I may have with regards to my packing and shipping needs.
It saddens me a little bit to see. Reviews from other people on here, leaving them one star for things that are beyond their control.
To give an entire store and staff one star, we're having to charge for a printed label is entitled and shameful.
To also leave a store one star. Because they are so busy and you feel that they are not adequately prepared to handle.Said business is also shameful.
These are things that should be brought up with corporate. Because these reviews reflect on the staff who have no part or say in the writing of store policy.
So remember, be kind and remember that your review reflects directly on the people working here.”

“I called the post office about a package that I hadn't received on its expected date. Damien explained to me that sometimes packages take longer than expected. He took the tracking number down and my phone number, said he would keep me update on the status of the package. He called me today to let me know that they received the package at the facility and that it was out for delivery. Great customer service!”
“I had a problem with informed delivery with the app but after several days of speaking with the post office and getting a hold of IT, it's finally fixed. Now I can see what I'm getting.Thank you for your help”
“My toddler and I come to pick up our mail almost every weekday. Everyone there is great. They’re just as excited to see my son every time as he is to see them. They take care of us and our mail very well. These crap reviews here are old and outdated.”
