After a surgical consult for a spinal fusion and in intense pain, my surgeon requested I see Rick first prior to surgery. Rolling my eyes and to assure I tried EVERYTHING I reluctantly went. Rick was incredible. He studied my MRI, completed a thorough assessment and after his first treatment, convinced me that perhaps I could wait on the surgery. I didn't want anyone manipulating me in any fashion-let alone be placed into his pilates spring loaded contraption. After the first treatment, I could walk and bend a little better....after months of treatment I was exercising and maintaining my pain levels. I still needed the surgery but he PROVED to me that there is more that can be done. I am a medical professional myself and a firm believer in Rick. If you are on the fence, RUN.....don't walk to explore the possibilities!

Rick helped me get my body back on track and greatly improved my quality of life. Thanks to him, I avoided an unnecessary back surgery and haven't been this flexible since I was a kid. Highly recommend if you're dealing with muscular tightness.

Have had EXCELLENT Pilates Reformer classes led by Pat. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring and works hard to tailor the class to the members of the group. Class is challenging without being exhausting. I highly recommend her classes.

I was referred to the institute by my doctor. When I joined, the owner Rick requested a prepayment for 10 sessions which I provided. After my second session, I incurred injury doing the exercises given and had to start physical therapy which was prolonged. It took over one year to realize that I will not go to the institute again. I requested a refund on the paid 8 sessions that I never used but the owner refused because the practice does not refund money after one year. Of course, these terms were never explained to me prior to payment and I have never agreed to them.

Pat Onifer is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is a dancer and knows how to help heal a dancer. She has worked with my daughter through several injuries.

I met with the owner of the Fitness Institute & instantly felt at ease with him. Rick took a lot of time to review my history with me. He thoroughly examined me and walked me through everything that was going on. He was very knowledgeable & even told me why my joints hurt all of the time. I have another appointment coming up and I am looking forward to it very much. I feel like I am in good hands and that the pain I am in will soon be gone with Rick's assistance. The staff that I met were very warm and personable and I look forward to seeing them again.
