Recently had to replace a 12-V battery on an older Toyota hybrid. Toyota garages had week-long waits, apparently unusual battery. Gerry's thought they had one on hand; turned out not right but they called and found the right one and fixed it the same day. Big relief! Good place for old-fashioned quality and consideration.

Pro: They were very nice people.Con:Brought my car in, told them the work i needed done: rear brakes and rotors.But they could not find a way to remove the rear tires. Ok. But still charged me the $80 for the "brake check" (How'd they check the brakes without getting the wheel off?).Picked car up and emergency break is stuck on.Recap: brought car in, charged $111, no work done but emergency break now rubs. Thanks guys

Excellent local business that I love supporting. They always go above and beyond with their customer service. I've made last minute appointments and even had them squeeze me in when I wasn't on the schedule. They're great at keeping you up to date, explaining their work and recommendations, watching out for their customers, and do great work. Haven't been anywhere since the first time I brought my cars here and won't be looking anywhere else. The vintage cars in their lot and license plates in their waiting room are a really cool, nostalgic touch as well. 10/10 business with a super friendly and skilled team.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Gone to Gerry's for the last time. Yes, they're overpriced and always tried to upsell me on anything they possibly could, but they were convenient. The last straw was me calling for my son to take his car in, then them calling him and getting him to commit to a monstrous amount of things because he was half asleep, a college kid, and didn't know any better. We went there when Ray Fiegl retired because it was close (and in Ray's old shop), but they're a far cry fro dealing with honest Ray. Yes, they have coupons but half the time they won't take them and don't allow you to double up--and honestly, constant coupons means everything's priced too high anyway. Done with them.

Was looking for a competent, reliable mechanic since moving back into the area. Needed some routine maintenance and diagnosis/repair of a front end noise. Gerry’s was thorough in their diagnosis and very upfront about necessary repairs. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and resolved the problem. Bruce was very accommodating in adjusting his schedule to help me deal with several last minute, unexpected problems unrelated to the repair. Bruce was an anomaly. How often are auto breakdowns an easy thing to deal with. Gerry's took care of everything, fixed my issue ASAP. I was back on the road in no time at all. If trust is important to you, then try them next time.

Charged 400 dollars just to open to hood and see what was wrong with it. Insane surcharge. Be careful bringing your car here because they will overcharge you. Do not recommend
