Small 24/7 gym with some extra perks. If you want an always accessible place to get a good workout, this is the place. Not like a big box gym.

Recently joined. 2 showers in Women's locker room have broken shower pans. A third shower has no water.3 tread mills not working. This is a small gym with limited equipment so that has a big impact when it's busy. They discontinued towel service, which us why I joined in first place.I am disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend and I have belonged to this gym since Sept 2021 and it initially appeared to be a nicely maintained and well run facility.Over the course of the last year, it has truly started to go downhill and we reached the final straw last night during our visit and have reached out to FreeTime to seek cancellation of both our memberships.I was wearing HIGHWAISTED workout leggings and an athletic top which provided FULL coverage of anything inappropriate but left ONLY 3 inches of my midsection exposed. I was advised of a “new policy” which requires shirts in the gym. Apparently catering exclusively to old people who belong to the facility and were “uncomfortable” by people wearing appropriate and acceptable workout attire.I should be permitted to workout in a gym facility wearing anything which could be worn in public and not be deemed inappropriate. I will not continue to support a gym where old stiffs dictate what I am allowed to wear during my workout. In addition, the towel service has been discontinued, which is unfortunate because they have a sauna and a shower but they’re not offering towel service anymore so patrons have to pack their own towels if they plan to use those facilities. I realize this was a courtesy but it was a selling point of this facility. There are multiple pieces of equipment which are in need of repair and have been broken for some time, obviously no urgency to address this. I have stopped notifying them of concerns as they either go unaddressed or it takes them weeks or months to acknowledge anything.Interestingly enough, they take a long time to respond to genuine concerns but they jump at the opportunity to tell people what they are allowed to workout in. How about they spend their energy policing the MULTITUDE of patrons who refuse to clean their equipment when they’re done, or don’t put their weights away when done, or trash the locker rooms. Instead they treat patrons like they’re in catholic school and their skirt is too short, when addressing the above seems like a better use of time.

Not worth the money , very little workout equipment , I joined cause it was less busy however with such lack of equipment I’m still having to wait to use stuff. Sauna also apparently changed and is not running continuously, as stated by owner in previous response to someone else’s review it takes an hour to heat up , so now I have to wait? Definitely regret joining this gym!!!Update: staff are consistently not here during staff hours

Been coming to this gym for about a year - they took it over from Hive. Started out really nice but has gone downhill ever since. The equipment is newer, but after about a year, you can see more and more signs of wear. They’ve gotten rid of their towel service, because allegedly towels have gone missing. I suspect it’s because the towel service was just an added expense and they didn’t want to deal with it anymore. The one shower in the mens locker room has been broken literally since I’ve joined, but they’re finally in the process of fixing it. See the previous review about the sauna… I tried sitting in the sauna today (following their posted directions) and it didn’t get hotter than like 80-90. It’s funny their disclaimer says its working as designed but its not working nearly as well as it previously did. Honestly, it’s a decent gym that doesn’t get too busy but you’d be better off going next door to F45 or to catalyst/golds/LA for the same price with the same (better?) amenities.

I've been coming here since August. I found the facility to be clean and very available in the afternoons. Early October the men's sauna broke and hasn't been repaired since. Every time I bring this up to the front desk she is eager to suggest I cancel my subscription. Bizarre gym. (11/18 Update) The men's sauna now generates steam sporadically however the towel service is now being removed. The response from the owner does not reflect our conversation. (12/1 Update) Towel service has been cut.

Generally it's a pretty good gym. Plenty of exercise options and space. The equipment is usually maintained, having seen more and more out of order signs lately, though. Repairs are slow, acknowledging that it could be supply chain issues or limited labor situations. Changing rooms are usually well kept. Again, more out of order issues. Two of four showers have cracked floors and are unusable, the others need a good cleaning and properly fitting shower curtains. Stepping out into pools of water. Normally, all said and done I'd give four stars. I'm satisfied but not wowed. The three star instead of four stars is the recently announced removal of the towel service amenity. That was a point of differentiation and a draw for going there instead of the $10 place around the corner. This is a disappointing development fully understanding that people sometimes take the towels, but for the amount of the membership, that was what I was paying for.

This is an okay option if it's very important to you that your gym is small and open 24 hours. I appreciate the hours and the towel service is very convenient. The gym is very small and the area with the machines feels a bit cramped. I wish there was a better set up for straight lateral pull downs. There aren't many classes here, I think there's just one class that is offered, so it's definitely a better gym for people who want to do a simple workout by themselves. I also wish it was easier to bring guests into the gym. Guest passes are $10 I believe. They do offer one day a week when you can bring a guest in for free but you can only bring them in during staffed hours, which cuts it to a very small window. The gym is frequently very empty so I think they could stand allowing members a few guest passes a month. Overall I like having the membership because it's a 24 hour gym and is very close to my house. However, it leaves something to be desired
