I highly recommend Mac Solutions Plus for anything Apple product related. I’ve been going to them for many years. The staff is very knowledgeable, always welcoming and friendly. I stopped in this morning because my face recognition was not working properly so I was having trouble accessing certain apps.
Cheryl was working at the desk & helped me immediately. She quickly identified my screensaver had a very slight crack right by the face recognition, so therefore, that’s why it was not working for me properly. She immediately removed my screensaver. Went back into my phone helped me, reestablish my face recognition, especially with all my banking & other sensitive apps.
She then reapplied a brand new screensaver perfectly, When I asked her how much, which I was obviously willing to pay, she was quick to say no charge. I highly recommend Mac Solutions Plus and Cheryl. Always a top notch experience. They are as knowledgeable and much quicker service than the Apple Store at the Galleria Mall. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an issue with my mom’s phone and the guy diagnosed. No problem with phone. He was very nice and I was happy there was no charge.

Great place. Friendly staff.
I had apple care and they were able to handle it! Very thankful for them.
The Apple Store wouldn’t let me drop the computer off but they would. Huge blessing. I drove over an hour for their service and it was well worth it.

If you think to yourself, "I'm going to visit the Apple Store in the Walden Galleria mall." STOP, and visit the wonderful people at MacSolutions Plus first. I've taken my MacBooks to them for years, and they overdeliver every single time. Their wealth of knowledge on everything-Apple is several times stronger than the average rep at the Apple store, so you'll always leave MacSolutions Plus happier and with greater peace of mind.

If macsolutions plus is apple certified why am I being reccomended to go to apple themselves? Doesn't make sense. Takes forever to get repairs and everything is full price. I asked about a price on something and they didn't tell me. Why do things not have prices on them? Lot of questions not a lot of answers

I've had an excellent experience with MacSolutions Plus, and I frequently recommend them to friends and family for their Apple service needs. In fact, I sent both a friend and my mother there, and they both had much better experiences than at the Apple store. My mother had her Mac fixed for just $350, which was a fantastic deal. Their technical expertise, customer service, and the overall experience have consistently outshined the standard Apple tech team. The team at MacSolutions Plus is genuinely unparalleled in their service quality. Because of their reliable and cost-effective service, I've decided that they are the only Apple service company I'll use from now on. My entire office is now equipped with Macs, and I trust MacSolutions Plus to handle any issues we encounter.

My battery was expanding on my 15" Intel MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2015) and needed to be replaced. MacSolutions Plus had the part ordered the next day, and the replacement ready the next day as well. Service was much quicker and more affordable than the Apple Store. Also, didn't have to send out my MacBook Pro like Apple usually does, which was a plus. Thanks again, will be back in the future with any future Apple Service needs.

We have a 4 year old, lightly-used iPad that stopped working when the device wouldn't accept the charging cord. After some bad experiences with Apple customer service chat and Best Buy's Geek Squad, we came here. Best Buy's solution had been for us to buy a new device. Derek at MacSolutions Plus diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He was kind and helpful. Faith in humanity restored! Thank you, Derek!!!

Shawna helped to troubleshoot problem with our iPhones (not a huge problem but we are not tech savvy) free of charge. Saved us a trip to the Galeria Apple Store! Will definitely go back for any Apple related products and servicing.
