I came here to get my driver’s side headlight replaced, and it took 3-4 people just to figure out how to reach the bulb. That bulb went out again in about 4 months. When I returned, I mentioned they had recently done the work, so they replaced it without charging me. Less than a year later, the bulb fully fell out of the socket, melted the plastic around it, and ruined both the bulb and some of the surrounding components. To top it off, they never screwed the cover back in, so it fell somewhere into the front end of my car. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and quality control has caused unnecessary damage and frustration.

Tim and his crew were excellent, was in about a week ago with no appointment, they were able to get me in even with a full parking lot. If you need a reliable shop with knowledgeable people this is the place to go

Went into the store with a large staple in the tire. Tech removed it and told me tire was leaking and unrepairable. I said I wanted a 2nd opinion and left.
I have driven 3 days and 600 miles, no loss of pressure.
Tech lied to me.

This is directed to corporate, not the location I visited. They are always very good at this location. So why the hell can I make appointments online, get them confirmed and then show up and they tell me that there's no inspector for that day. It's his day off. It's not like he called in. This is a known issue. What you should be doing is having customers select preferred times they would like and then having the location manager calling back to confirm the times. I wasted 40 minutes drive time just to get there today and be told I couldn't get the inspection until tomorrow. Fix your website!!!!

The dealer told me a few months ago the rear brakes would need to be replaced soon. So they have been getting noisier and making crunching sounds when stopping. This Monro location checked the brakes and told me they have maybe a few months left before needing replacement. This was a very honest recommendation, he could have just said oh yes they need to be replaced now. I wanted the noises to go away so we decided to get them replaced anyway. They had a fair price for just the rear axle brake replacement and lower than a couple other shops i called. Best news was no more noises while stopping after the new pads and rotors were installed ! Great fair location and friendly people !

Fast, friendly service. I was able to make an appointment day of for an oil change and state inspection. They had me out within an hour of my appointment time. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Fast appointment instead of long days to wait. Friendly technicians and management. Quick service no long wait. No forcing unnecessary services but did advise for potential services or repairs needed. Best in neighborhood so far for me!

As always work was done on time at a fair price and professionally. I had set up an appointment for Tuesday after Memorial Day and dropped it off in the afternoon on Memorial Day. Not only was I surprised they were open. The did the work that day!
