“I was away from home and in need of a replacement part for my air conditioning in my car. The folks at the NAPA store could not help me. Upon some advice from my brother I went to this place. The very friendly staff were very obliging and eager to help me.As they did not have what I needed they immediately checked stock at other stores nearby. They found it 5 miles away, had the staff at that store put it aside with my name on it, and told me that I could either pick it up myself or they would have it brought over from the other store that afternoon. That is the definition of customer service and satisfaction.Additionally, the part itself was only $19.95. The Subaru dealership was going to charge me $80.00 and make me wait a week for it.”
