“Brian and the team provided excellence service for my '17 Dodge Ram exhaust manifold leak. Brian took on the job despite having to deal with my extended warranty service company. This requires lots of phone calls, patience and wait times to speak with Representatives. The job was taken care of at a fair cost, with very clear transparency of the work that needed to be done and pre-approval. I would highly recommend this shop.”
“My car needed a jump in the single digit Buffalo weather and I got lucky that Paul's shop was right around the corner! Paul came through to save the day and was really kind to me and my wife. Really glad he was able to help us out and highly recommend working with him for your automotive needs!”

“This is my 5th lease with West Herr and I can not say enough about their service. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with everything about my particular vehicle. If your vehicle is not through West Herr, well you are missing out. Thank you all for the amazing service at West Herr of East Aurora!!”
“Fast attentive service. We’ve used this location many times and it’s always consistently great. Tires were in stock the same day. Had my suv for a few hours. Completed everything needed for the price originally quoted. No upselling.”
“I deleted my original review because I came to realize that I was pissed at this shop for something they did not cause. Only four stars because I still believe that I got a lengthy run around due to the lack of care and professionalism of the woman who does the appointments and parts ordering (long story). She wasted a lot of my time. However, the mechanic did good work, although I probably asked for something I did not need. (Muffler - My husband was recliner coaching...) He also gave me a 'free-pass' inspection, which I should not have passed, I came to find out. I thought this was sketchy, at first, but I realize now that he probably guessed what it was and thought he could save me the cost of an expensive repair for a while (exhaust leak, O2 sensor going off, gaskets, etc. - lots of labor) One year later, it turned up at another shop. So, I like the mechanic, Amy (if memory serves) should retire.”
“Dave has always gone above and beyond for our family. I HIGHLY recommend his services!! They're bith AMAZING in their. Melissa, the other worker, is so kind and sweet and down to earth. Dave and her getsl things done, and done right. Again, if you need a fair priced mechanic, Dave will do anything for you to save some change by being 100% fair. They are both the best in the automotive business!! Absolutely love them!”
“The service was absolutely fantastic. Seth helped us through all of our questions and concerns. The gentleman that run the shop are knowledgeable and very thorough. They treat the vehicle like its theirs. Very cheap and reliable 10/10 will be back again.”
“We went to Monroe to get a trailer inspected as a walk in. We didn't have an appointment. The attendant did the inspection on the spot for us. He was VERY friendly, kind and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Monroe. 5 stars PLUS !!!”

“Brian was great and so was the Staff at East Aurora however the scheduling of the appointment was frustrating. Called to schedule appt and you get transferred to a central number. My husband called and told them it was for a 2020 Buick. Parts had to be ordered and it was for a claim. Gave them the claim number and was told it would be a week for parts to come. No problem. When we were called to confirm the appt they said the parts were in for the 2015 Buick. Called to parts directly to find out what was going on. Told them it was for a 2020 not 2015 Buick. Was told the part we needed was in stock when we called. I think a few questions need to be asked when scheduling spots especially when they were told it was for a 2030 Buick ?”
