Brian and the team provided excellence service for my '17 Dodge Ram exhaust manifold leak. Brian took on the job despite having to deal with my extended warranty service company. This requires lots of phone calls, patience and wait times to speak with Representatives. The job was taken care of at a fair cost, with very clear transparency of the work that needed to be done and pre-approval. I would highly recommend this shop.

Referred to by my daughter who had her breaks done. Dropped my Acadia off to have a noise diagnosed. They diagnosed it and fixed it and I feel very confident I was taken care of fairly and my car runs great. They were very kind and not pushy at all. Explained the issue, risks of not fixing it and gave me time to decide to move forward or not. I think we found our new family mechanic.

I wanted to thank Brian for taking his time to review my vehicle after the dealership diagnosed a big issue at only 64k miles. At the dealership, there wasn't much explanation into the diagnosis but Brian was great at explaining that he would look into the report and see if the replacement of my electrical steering rack was necessary or it is was another issue.
Ultimately it was needed and his consulting and explanation was thorough and done in a timely manner with proper communication.
It was nice to know that were loaner cars available as well while they waited to the parts to come in.
Thank you Brian and team for your professionalism and for getting my car back in smooth driving condition!

Great old school shop. Friendly and good service. I started coming here after I had some concerns about a quote I got from a mechanic at a national chain. The crew at Bruce’s saved me a ton of money by not trying to upsell me on work I didn’t necessarily need. I’ve been a customer ever since.
