“I planned on proposing to my girlfriend just before Christmas on December 20. We had discussed previously that if and when the time came, she really wanted to wear her late mother's engagement ring. It's an absolutely beautiful ring but it was a complete mess. It had been stored in her sister's safe since her mother passed away in the mid 80's. I secretly picked it up the day before the big day. I arrived at Rahn jewelers the afternoon of the big day in a panic. I couldn't propose to her with the ring in the condition it was in. Dan at Rahn Jewelers was FANTASTIC!!! He said don't worry, I will have it cleaned in time. Come back in 2 hours. I was skeptical but agreed to go back in 2 hours. When I went back I couldn't believe it. Not only did he clean it perfectly, he completely polished it too!! The ring looked like it was brand new and he only charged me $40.00 and put it in a nice ring box too. Plus he had it done in time for our dinner reservations that evening. Later that evening, at the restaurant, I completely surprised my girl by getting down on one knee and proposing. She said YES!!! The whole restaurant cheered. It was a magical evening all thanks to the great service provided by Dan at Rahn Jewelers!! We will absolutely be buying our wedding bands and many other jewelry items from them.”

I don’t feel like I’m bothering them, even though I worry about it, because I sometimes bring in low-value jewelry and they’re still happy to see me. Every time I come in for repairs, I don’t have to wait longer than a week, and everything else is always wonderful. The customer service is wonderful; they’re very knowledgeable and up-to-date.
