I was a walkin at 1pm. I signed in and was waiting. At 1325 the girl cones out and said were closing, no more appointments, you have to leave. I asked her why did you let me signin,and wait nearly a half hour. Why didn't you notify me earlier.She said she was with a state inspector. I saw a woman who was dressed in a blue uniform leave at approximately 1315. I assume the was the inspector. When I asked her for the ownwers # to complain, she said look it up on the website. I asked her for her name and all she kept telling me "you have to leave" Just look at your website and read the customers comments. It is disgusting to have a 2.2 rating out of 5. Something seriously needs to be done at this site. How rude and inconsiderate this woman was!!

I am bleeding profusely after a routine blood draw. They should not have let me leave. My sweater sleeve was soaked with blood when I got home!

I arrived at the EA location at 1:20pm. Sign on door says they are open until 1:30. As I went to sign in the staff member curtly told me they stop taking draws at 1:10pm. NOWHERE is that posted.

States will be open at 5:30 am and doors still locked at 6 am- Been an ongoing issue for many folks- Needs some new management!

Arrived at 5:55am today for my 6:10am appointment. They supposedly open at 5:30am. There was already a line outside of the (locked) door. Waited until 6:25am and no one arrived to open that location. At 7:50am I received an email from Quest cancelling my appoinment because the location is "closed for building maintenance." Extremely poor customer service from Quest to not notify anyone sooner or even put up a sign that they're closed.

They overwork and underpay their phlebotomists so much they they create the situation where their workers have no patience for any issues patients might have, like doing blood draws on kids who are getting them for the first time and who have sensory issues. Instead they just kick you out and say try again later. This site in particular seems to be very understaffed. I don't blame the workers themselves, I blame the system of overbooking then understaffing and underpaying for profit.

I arrived for my appointment and they were closed. Waited for a bit, left and an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment was notified that it was cancelled because this location was closed “due to maintenance”

When my health care provider forgot to send over my script, which needed to be fulfilled asap, Dori went above and beyond to make sure that I was still able to have my bloodwork completed that day. Excellent communication and overall experience.

If I could put 0 stars I would. My husband had an appointment, but when he showed up the door was locked and no one was answering. I called the main quest number and found out they closed because of staffing shortages. If this is the case, someone should inform those with appointments or at least put a sign up on the door!

Waiting for 30 minutes past their open time only to be greeted by an employee without keys to open the door. I had an appointment for 5:40 am. Customer service was of no help and advised me to make a new appointment.

This site is chronically understaffed. In general, only one person to draw blood, so they are unable to take walk ins.

Scheduling an appointment and checking in is super easy. I had Jena and she was super nice and friendly. She made me feel super comfortable when I was nervous!

I've had an appointment for 2 weeks and I went there today at 10:30 for that appointment. They were closed. They should have called and let me and all the other people that were waiting outside know that they were going to be closed. I will never do business with them again
