“I stopped into the store after spotting an excavator toy in the window. I went to the back, purchased what I thought was the right one, and only realized as I was leaving that it wasn’t the same toy I had seen on display. I really wanted the one in the window, so I went back inside to ask if they had another. They didn’t, but the employee kindly offered to take down the front display to get it for me—even though the store was fairly busy.

I felt bad about the extra trouble, but she kept reassuring me it was no problem at all. She went above and beyond, took the time to grab the toy, and quickly rang up the difference. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant thanks to her professionalism, patience, and kindness.

Customer service like this is rare these days—whether in retail or restaurants—and I truly appreciate the effort. Because of her help, my nephew’s 2nd birthday will be that much more special. We’ll definitely be back soon, especially with my own little one now two months old and plenty of toys in our future!
