WORST Service at ANY store I’ve ever had. Store is set to open at 8:30 no one came until 9:05.No apologies from the associate named Nicholas no good morning to anyone. No explanation when I asked to confirm if his opening time was 830 or nine he simply said 830. A number of customers left and we’re all saying they would never go back to this place, And that it happens quite often. I wish that zero stars was an option.

I lost my tracking number and was so desperate to find a package that I had sent and hadn’t been delivered! I was so worried and SURE that there would be nothing they could do, but I called and Brian worked so hard to find it for me and eventually did! Amazing customer service. My only complaint about the office is once when I went in there, the employees were not wearing masks

I go here quite frequently and find most of the workers to be very rude. I’m always afraid to ask for help or how to do certain things involving shipping because they always seem to act like your presence is an inconvenience.

This location keeps marking packages as delivered (so it doesn't show late delivery? Not sure why) and then they actually deliver the package several days later. Very unacceptable.

We have had our "regular" mail carrier for years. She is wonderful. Never an issue. Our house is about 150 feet from the road, so she always drives in if she has a package for us...but doesn't leave the mail at the door with the package unless there is a car in the driveway. Nothing is ever left out if it's raining. That being said....she does take a vacation now and then, and thaerein lies our problem. The substitute carriers are either very poorly trained, incompetent, or just plain lazy. We have had all our mail left in our neighbor's mailbox....including a package which I was notified had been delivered. It was...just not to us. Today was the worst. After a 25 day hold, our accumulated mail was to have been delivered today. We made sure we were home. Our regular carrier would have had all the mail in a USPS box, and brought it to the door.. That didn't happen. 25 days of mail, including 2 packages in plastic, multiple magazines, catalogs, and town newspapers were crammed in our (normal sized) mailbox, along with the regular assortment of important and non-important mail. The papers were folded in quarters, and had numerous tears in them. It was obvious that the mail had been shoved in in 3 installments, so to speak...there were 3 separate large piles....so tightly packed in that it was an effort to get them out. The carrier really had to work at getting everything in the box...anyone with any sense would have realized that it would have been faster, easier, and less damaging to our mail, to simply bring it to the house. Which is exactly what I told the EA Postmaster when I called to complain. I was told the substitute carrier (no surprise there) would be talked to about my complaint. Too bad she wasn't talked to...trained...before she set out on a route.

My complaint with usps isn't with the staff and my experience with the actual post office.. however their drivers are part of this and this is where im going to base my review. 4/5 for the actual post office itself. I have been in here numerous times and always greeted with friendly employees.. unlike some other usps locations. their staff never gives me a hard time and like I said.. always seems friendly. My review however is for their drivers and delivery people.. ugh.. where do I begin. Since moving to EA over a year ago, I have encountered some very lazy very weird usps personal. I have a long driveway. Mailbox is at road and you have to drive-up my driveway to get to the house for packages. Its fairly decent. But there seems to be a different driver several times a week.. and its a crap shoot where these people leave my mail.. sometimes they leave my mail by my garage door.. which is separate from my house.. when I cant find that "delivered" pkg.. I have to wander around looking for my stuff. One time some dumbass left my bills and a small box that could have fit inside my mailbox, sitting out in the rain by my garage. I was pissed. Some times a driver will leave my mail in the box at the road and drive up a pkg to my door.. sometimes a driver will drop a pkg and mail off at the door. My mail box is side by side with the neighbor across the street.. some times my mail ends up in their box, their mail in my box. Sometimes my mail ends up at my front door which is blocked off.. my side is my main door.. One of their drivers, an old man will drive up and chuck a pkg onto my porch. Seen this on security cam when the stupid box was in the far corner of my porch.. But there's been 2 recent incidents that I'm really annoyed at and its happened numerous times now.. 1. Snow. I plow regularly, my driveway is always plowed. I have been home and physically seen the driver pull up at the street, deliver the mail at the road and continue on his way and a short while later Ill check tracking and itll say "no secure location" aka.. he didn't want to drive up the driveway and get out of his vehicle. I had to go to the PO to pick up my box and after complaining about it.. the clerk just shrugged her shoulders.. 2. My dog. I can understand this issue, but here lies my prob.. this past weekend I was waiting for a pkg.. driver didn't even drive up the driveway.. he walked. My dog is chained up and his chain doesn't go anywhere near the porch area.. I hear my dog barking, I go to the door to let him in.. I knew my pkg was out for delivery.. I go running outside, the usps person was already in their truck taking off.. he leaves me a pink tag inside the box for redelivery and tracking shows "no secure location available".. on tag it says dog. So this was a Saturday.. I sign the stupid tag. left it in my mail box on Monday stuck to the door, with the flag up. Monday.. get home see my mail and another pkg delivered inside my mailbox, and pink tag is shoved into the back all scrunched up.. wtf. Pissed off I go over to the EA post office and wanted to talk to the post master.. of which wasn't in.. clerk didn't care to hear my complaint of one of her own.. Funny.. she was like HI! how are you.. I was like great.. if your driver would learn how to read and deliver mail properly.. I wouldn't be down here claiming my pkg due to laziness. but damn.. EA's delivery persons should sit down and have some tea with the Bowmansville clerks.. EA has some seriously lazy delivery persons. Theres never the same driver, they all have different methods and insanity to get mail delivered.. I'm writing this review to maybe get the attn of a post master or something.. but I doubt it..

This post office has great hours. They open at 8:30 AM on weekends and are open Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM. Great thing about this post office is it usually isn't too busy. You can have your passport picture taken here and submit your application in hardly any time. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable.
