They made it up to me by asking if I wanted another piece of meat which I declined because I didn't want to wait. They gave us a free dessert tho”

“We would HIGHLY recommend O’Brien’s Sleepy Hollow!! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Every detail and every moment was executed perfectly by their team. From the day we met Dennis and Cayleigh we knew we could trust them for our big day. Not only is the venue stunning, but their personalities were so genuine and we were so excited to work with them. We met multiple times and communicated via email many times leading up to our big day - they were a sounding board for all of our ideas, were always responsive, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They were a great help as we planned out all of the details. The day of our wedding was seamless and truly the best day ever. Dennis, Cayleigh, the bartenders, the waitstaff, and all of the staff involved were AMAZING to work with for both us and our guests too. They worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to keep the day on track. The food was absolutely incredible and our guests still rave about the food. “We had such a wonderful wedding planning and venue experience at HayLoft. Jeni and Janna truly took care of us from start to finish, and we felt so supported during every stage of the process - from our intake call and dreaming up our vision, to the décor rental meeting, to the wedding day itself! They were incredible at listening to our ideas, embracing our creativity and authenticity, and committing whole heartedly to bringing our vision to life.

Our dream was to have a Buffalo fall wedding and bring our friends and family together for a true hometown experience, and HayLoft was the perfect place to do just that. The grounds during the autumn season were beyond beautiful, with vibrant trees that made for the most gorgeous photos. With about 140 guests at our wedding, the space felt both spacious and intimate at the same time.

For future couples, one helpful tip: if you’re doing the hayrides, I’d highly recommend asking to do the half loop at a slower pace. The full loop felt very rushed and was uncomfortable for some guests, and slowing it down would make the experience MUCH more enjoyable for everyone. Also, if you’re able to get the puppies, HIGHLY recommend! They were the absolute hit of our wedding and people still talk about them. (just ask Jeni!).

We loved the venue, the onsite Airbnb, the in-house decor rental, the getting ready spaces, and all of the well thought-out details & conveniences that made the wedding flow smoothly.

Overall, the HayLoft truly gave us the fall wedding of our dreams and memories we will cherish for a lifetime. We are so grateful for all the care, hard work, and heart that went into making our day so special, and we will always look back on our wedding with so much love and gratitude.
