Brian was great and so was the Staff at East Aurora however the scheduling of the appointment was frustrating. Called to schedule appt and you get transferred to a central number. My husband called and told them it was for a 2020 Buick. Parts had to be ordered and it was for a claim. Gave them the claim number and was told it would be a week for parts to come. No problem. When we were called to confirm the appt they said the parts were in for the 2015 Buick. Called to parts directly to find out what was going on. Told them it was for a 2020 not 2015 Buick. Was told the part we needed was in stock when we called. I think a few questions need to be asked when scheduling spots especially when they were told it was for a 2030 Buick ?

Very easy. No trouble at all. There was a preexisting issue I had with a newly purchased used car. My salesman set the process in motion, made the appointment and got it fixed, no charge, very quickly.

He was incredibly professional and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner. I was also impressed that they washed my car at the end. Jonathan, service tech, was fantastic. Came in for the complimentary oil change/ tire rotation. From time of drop off to phone call ready to pick up ,less than 45 minutes.
