Each time I call I'm on hold for 20 minutes & nobody picks up the phone. This is my 3rd time in 2 days trying to call. I'm getting really aggravated! Can you please put a phone number on the website that ACTUALLY works?

Others mail delivered to us repeatedly...shoved into the mailbox carelessly...obviously new lazy carrier...today's latest...wouldn't get out of his vehicle to deliver a package...labeled it "undeliverable"...which is amazing since we have a porch and front door...and the package contains tooth brush heads for an electric toothbrush...please explain usps carrier how the package is undeliverable...

Typically very happy. Now some new driver is getting to me at like 4 pm. And then life is over with by then.... what happened to the nice driver in the jeep!!!!!!
