I bought a car battery from them only to decide to return it 30 days later because I was able to find an OEM battery for the same price and decided to go with the OEM route.
All the store employees and manager Jason refused to accept the return. Told me to read the back of the receipt which says that the store reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason. Jason addmitted that he could accept the return if he wanted to, but didn't feel like it. I then had to go to another AutoZone nearby and they accepted the return without any issues. Filed a complaint with corporate and store still made no attempt to reach out to correct their mistake.

I had such a bad experience I can’t even leave 1 star because of how bad it was. The manager (Alisha) was not just rude to me and looked at me with disgust, but she was also very disrespectful towards her employees and had a very nasty look on her face even while speaking to them. I’m pretty sure she is manager and if she is she doesn’t deserve the title no one should have to be treated like that.

Don’t know what your employees are doing during a Monday around 7pm; but I have called at least 5 times to purchase a battery and as soon as they pick up the phone they have placed me on hold!. Here am still waiting….

Great, well run store! Especially compared to other locations I've visited. The whole team is helpful but Nabil and Alisha are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.

I come to this Autozone very often, and I see how hard the employees work. I noticed this manager maybe her name was Kinyana something. She was being very rude towards her co workers. As a manager I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to help correct? She has this terrible disgusting attitude. I hope you guys can look into this.

I received the worst service from Alicia... I gave her the VIN number so she could tell me the part that corresponded to it and she just said go to aisle 5 and choose whatever I wanted without me even knowing the size it corresponded to.

I went into AutoZone today because My car battery was giving me trouble. The first guy helping me didn’t really knew anything and I was glad for Rupi. She stepped in and was really helpful. Rupi was amazing! She went above and beyond helping me with my car battery. Super friendly, patient, and actually made the whole process easy instead of stressful. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. AutoZone is lucky to have her. Will be coming back for sure!!
