staff here are racist we are on line on the list while we wait staff choose their customer and literally cross out my son name on the list . Purposely to serve there Kind or race so what is the purpose of writing the name on a list when they see not there kind or race they ignore or make excuses

I bank with the Citibank Private Bank, and have done so since the Private Bank was created. The service is as good as anyone could expect it to be.

Poor customer service. Tellers doing nothing and people waiting to speak with a representative. When asked about I was told to write my name and wait. No greeter.

It's a bank it doesn't have to give you any service but taking out money and depositing I don't know why people waste their time if they aren't being helped just go somewhere else nobody cares about how you feel offended

This is probably one of the worst Citibank branches I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs. Needed a notary, which is a complimentary service for Citi Customers. After 15 minutes in which the info desk attendant was providing banking services, no one appeared to help or direct the customers who were waiting for info.
