Generally quite clean. Can get a bit crowded during high times. The food options are quite good. Nothing gourmet per se, but nice for a self-serve buffet style. The staff have always been very pleasant and attentive.

Large lounge with plenty of space to rest, eat, and relax before a flight. Well maintained and clean. The food areas offer a variety of choices.

**Warning!!** Do not get hot water from the Starbucks machine!! There a button for "Hot water" option on the screen of the machine. I drank a little bit and it tasted horrible, something like chemical so I threw it away. On the way out for boarding, like a couple of minutes later from drinking the water, the chemical smell from my throat got so stronger and it was pushing all the foods out. I had to stay in the restroom for a while throwing up everything crying. As the result, I missed my flight and have to stay at the airport for 4 hours. Never had such a terrible horrible experience. I'm also concerned how this chemical fluid affects my body later on. What should I do??
