First time renting from Enterprise and they went above and beyond for great service . Had an outstanding experience at Laguardia airport location and at Orlando Airport, wonderful staff. Renting from Enterprise for fisrt time has been my best experience.

Had a fantastic pick up and drop off experience here. Ed, the manager, is very friendly and answered all my questions. All the remaining charges were thoroughly and patiently explained. I’ll definitely be coming here next time I need to rent a car!

The car was nice, though they didn’t have much selection. Car was clean and well maintained with fairly low mileage. My main issue is that the Enterprise website is not clear on the total expected cost at the point of reservation. You only ADD extras, like insurance etc, at the point of check in for the vehicle. I realized this the day before my trip that the cost increased by $300 after addition of insurance etc that is required by my company when traveling. At that point it was too late to book another car. I hope Enterprise changes the way they present their costs to customers in the future, I am moving toward more cost effective rental services from now on.

Awesome experience! It was the day of the Crowdstrike airline disaster. Five hour wait to get off the ground in Cincinnati. Luggage misplaced - 2 hours to get luggage. My flight from NY to Burlington VT was then cancelled. Rental cars were in short supply. Steve, at Entrerprise, was our hero!!! He found us a SUV that had just been returned and saved the day. We drove 6 hours to Burlington VT. Very grateful for Steve making the extra effort. Thank you Steve! Thanks you Enterprise!

Finally we received reliable service from a rental agency. The gentleman together with us inspected the vehicle before we drove out of the area. When we returned the vehicle we were greeted by another gentleman who was friendly. Both times the employees helped us load and unload our luggage from the vehicle.

I was scheduled to pick up my rental car the day after the CrowdStrike incident. Due to airline delays I arrived 1 hour late to the Enterprise Lot at LGA Airport. As soon as I stepped off the bus I was meet by a young man named Nicolas Derrick. In the last 2 years I have rented from this location several times and every step was smooth and hassle-free. But this time I was expecting to hear bad news due to the CrowdStrike incident.
The opposite happened Derrick was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He greeted me as soon as I got off the bus and was eager to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was on my way in no time. I didn’t know Derrick was the manager until I received a thank you email from him.
I normally delete review emails but in this case, Enterprise at LGA Airport has consistently provided me excellent customer service. 5 Stars to you guys.

The Greenpoint location did us dirty by giving us a car with a mechanical issue, leaving us in an unsafe situation. Thank God for this location! So helpful and sympathetic to our scary roadside issue. The whole team rallied to get us into another, SAFE, CLEAN, vehicle so we could make it to an important family’ event on time. Can’t thank them enough! Shout out to: JT, Matthew, Chris and Mike! Y’all are the dream team. Thank you for being patient with us as we were mid panic!
