DO NOT GO! THEY GIVE DAMAGED, DENTED AND DISGUSTING CARS. THEN THEY WANT TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST YOU FOR A CAR THEY GAVE YOU!! NEVER GOING BACK! How any company could give a customer a car this messed up is beyond me. I went to enterprise last night because my rental had the check engine light come on and maintenance required notification continuously popping up. Unfortunately, the enterprise in Astoria that I originally got my car from was closed. I got there they made me wait over an hour, then when I asked both Anthony and Matthew, they told me that they really appreciated how I returned the car and that they would make sure that I was taken care of and told her to wait again. And then once again after they said that they don't have any cars in stock that they would FIND ME A CAR. THIS WAS WHAT THEY GAVE ME AFTER WAITING FOR OVER an HOUR and a HALF. The car was filthy, looked like it was in an accident with all the dents, the driver side headlights turned on and off. How is that OKAY!! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE! They DID NOT CHECK THE CAR, they did NOT CLEAN THE CAR I found receipts, blunt wrappings and this car looked like it was parked and forgotten about. Now, when I return the car, I made sure my car was washed, polished with fresh wax and vacuumed,I believe that when you drop off a rental, you should drop it off you want it to be picked up. This car rental company should be ashamed of themselves. NEVER GO HERE.

Watch out coming here. I been renting cars forever and this is by far the worst thing that's ever happened to me. If you go there stay away from the blonde thicker manger with the tattoo on her hand / wrist. My credit card wouldn't go through because they thought it was fraud. The manager came in and pretty much called me poor and just leave because I don't have money. Didn't even give me a chance to call them to try to get them to clear it up. Just pushed me away and I was even more shocked when she thought I wasn't paying attention because i was trying to call the card company I heard her call me a poor Ni*** with the hard r. After that I just walked away and went to a different company. WATCH OUT FOR THE BLONDE MANAGER. would have gave this place a zero star but I want this to show up on the actually review.

went here in search of a car to get back home and they refused to help us. was told that they only do online reservations but it's an airpor. employees refused to help us out and said that they didn't even have access to their very own system.

Great customer service from the shuttle bus drivers to the clerk who took care of me dejon when I picked up the car and an easy drop off process. Will be using enterprise rentals again when I come back to NY.

JT was incredibly helpful, kind, patient and honest. I’ve now been to a number enterprise locations and confidently say JT is the best manager they have. Matthew was also very nice and helpful while we were dealing with a stressful situation!

Traveling to NYC is completely different from traveling to most major cities. As a former New Yorker I appreciate why folks from out of town might be overwhelmed. Navigating, not only the airport, but the NYC highways and streets can be stressful.I’m a loyal Enterprise customer, and Enterprise (LGA) never lets me down. I travel to NYC about 3-4 times a year. My most recent trip I messed up my reservation, but LaLa had my back! She treated me like we were old friends. She not only got me a car, she got a me a wonderful car! She turned on the heat and took a few minutes to see that I knew how to operate everything. I rented the same car that I currently own. LaLa politely reminded me that each model year brings something new. She was correct!When I turned in my car 5 days later, Darius greeted me warmly and politely. He also got my HEAVY suitcase out of the back and assisted me to the airport shuttle.Wonderful people at all enterprise locations, but the folks in Queens make this New Yorker proud!

Had a reservation for 8am. Arrive and give them my credit card and license. They scan my license and say they can’t verify it. It’s a legal and valid license, but they claim it wasn’t good. I asked them to try another computer and they refused to. Not using this place again. There are other rental places that will actually be cooperative

Nice rental experience at Enterprise LaGuardia. The staff and management seem to have improved greatly after I experienced some unnecessary frustration with previous rentals. This time was smooth, efficient--the way one expects Enterprise to work. Keep up the good work. I'll return more often.

Edgar provided great service. I had a funeral to attend and he got me in and out quickly while covering all of the required details. He was professional, polite, efficient and has a great sense of humor. Please extend my thx to him!

Vehicle was nice but could have been cleaned properly. Soppy water marks all over the mirror and windows making it a little difficult to see at night and a lot of dust and fingerprints all over the dashboard and infotainment screen. Enterprise employees are usually well dressed and groomed so the product that they are presenting should also be the same!

Dejon at the la guardia airport is the best he helped me at the end of the night sue to my flight arriving late he was patient and pleasant kind with a smile the whole time. He makes a difference in the companyI hope I spelled his name right.❣️
