The enterprise rental process is very easy. The personnel there are very knowledgeable and helpful. The have very reliable vehicles to choose from. The cars are pretty neat. I recommend enterprise car rental and if I had to rent a car again, I definitely will go back to enterprise.

Excellent service from Tara. Would definitely rent again from this Enterprise location. I booked a full sized sedan and got an upgrade for a minivan as sedan was not available at the time of the pickup. Tara handled it very smoothly and guided me on how to use the features of the car as well

Horrible Experience accused me of damaging vehicle windshield and took out claim against me when vehicle was given to me with damaged windshield!!! I am lawyered up with my photos and video that I took when I picked up vehicle!

Super helpful. Took the time out to walk you through rent a car process. Prices were more than reasonable. Would recommend Enterprise rent a car on 108st & Astoria Blvd in East Elmhurst.

I made a reservation to rent a car, I arrived at the place and just there they told me that I needed a credit card and the other option is that I have 2 receipts in my name. I asked for another option since I was already there. Very bad treatment, they made me lose my time and they ruined the day

Great service from everyone I dealt with especially Sahed ( apologize if I spelled name wrong). He contacted insurance company to get me a larger car. Answered all my questions. He took care of me when I returned car with same great customer service.

Their service was excellent-quick and easy procedure of picking up and returning. They even gave me a ride to place where I needed to go after I returned the car. I had a very pleasant experience that was good enough to make me feel better from car accident I had been involved. I can suggest this location to anybody who needs a car. Looks still half way sleepy , under dress code. Sales person Mohamed, try hard selling his full protection to me. Even though I have Geico full coverage insurance, even I told him 3 times , didn’t get the atlas I wanted, I saw one atlas at the location. They try sell me a mini van , even charged my card $300. For deposit & then Karl mena. Said it’s reserved for 4th of July , I end up with Kia sorento , this is been a nightmare , this location I used past few times , never had a good experience, love enterprise but the service sucks, happy 4th of July. Everyone & stay safe, try avoid this location,
