Pick up service was terrific but the car was unsafe. When I gently pressed the brakes, the car shook in a scary, unsafe way. Also, I wasn't told in advance that I needed a utility bill with my debit card to rent a car. That was a shock but fortunately it worked out. Also, I paid for a midsized car but they gave me a compact for some reason. Pleasant people but poor product quality.

I wrote two good review about the other branches — the other enterprises are indeed great place to rent.This branch despite having money on present for the branch manage took a pleasure in denying me a car. First she made me call con Edison — and then when I went through th about half an hour she explained bill wasn’t good enough . Then , she smiled about it and as if to call us broke.I explained to her she can look in my records or escalate for a loyal customer but no, she smirked Then she blabbed that my con Edison bill was outstanding in a room full of people . I told her I have money here now and I needed to go because my girlfriends diabetic — I spent thousands of dollars at your business—that she can look up old records but she refused.Customer service that goes above and beyond is what I’m used to at Enterprise— it’s feels like discrimination — what’s the point of a loyalty number where there no loyalty by enterprise

I give 5 Stars but this group of service men and woman deserve so much more. I purchased my brand new 2023 Chevy Equinox from them with no hassle no fuss.,And also I wasn't in the office for 12× hours like most places

First time renting with this location. I was a great experience. Great customer service , quick and easy process to get in my rental. The only thing I would say is the wait time since I was leaving my car to fix at the body shop. Entreprise was picking me up to take me to their office to do the rental process & wait time was little more than 35min. When they said 10mins. But other than that it was a good experience.

Booked a standard car ended up getting a economy car which is really small and uncomfortable to drive. It’s annoying to find out at the location, if I was told beforehand I would’ve just booked at another location that has more regular sized cars available.
