1 star is a star too many. Horrible customer service. For 5 days they have claimed to have attempted delivery. Driver ‘excuse’ is business was closed. We’re a residential address and someone was here everyday and time that they claimed to have attempted delivery. Hogwash. The driver didn’t like the 4th floor walk up to get a signature is my best guess. It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone of significance at FedEx. All customer contact is driven through their contact centre in the Philippines. Absolutely impossible to get a solution. I will either ban Amazon from using FedEx or I will stop using Amazon.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.Packaged 1 has been delayed for over 2 weeks just sitting at this stupid office, everyone I contacted won’t help whatsoever and after reading reviews I am even more furious. Package two was meant to be delivered today, yet lo and behold “unexpected exception” which is now delaying my second package. Once again after reading reviews I fully believe I will NEVER GET EITHER OF MY PACKAGES. I even side with the person in the reviews threatening a lawsuit because this is beyond horrible.

I had a delivery and the FedEx guy Hector Franco brought my delivery up 4 flights off stair I am highly reccomend him excellent manners and very helpful

THIS LOCATION IS NOT CLOSED. In fact, saying they're closed is likely a tactic so they don't receive horrendous reviews. I'll keep it short- if you live in Manhattan DO NOT USE FEDEX. This is the location most FedEx packages travel through when coming into Manhattan. This center has lied on countless occasions that packages were delivered when they were not. They lost a 7,000 dollar furniture item and we had to jump through hoops to submit an appeal because it was marked as "delivered". Avoid this location; it isn't closed, it's hiding.

use the post office, dhl, ups a horse and buggy anything but fedex, and this particular station is the worst of the liars. they claim no one was home but cameras show they didn't even knock on the door or ring the doorbell. or read the sign to ring the bell. east elmhurrst office is the worst but becasue they are close to the airport they get the bulk of deliveries

FedEx picks up my return package yesterday Tuesday afternoon from my area zip code 10023 with a FedEx Ukrainian man who we see frequently came who don't speak an ounce of English and I'm not sure if he reported my returned package as picked up but another FedEx individual 24 hours later the next day which is today Wednesday knocks at my door claiming he had a pick up for my address and several minutes later a FedEx representative calls me about the same thing. What's wrong with the FedEx personnel that they aren't informed of packages. This is very unprofessional and unreliable for no reason whatsoever.

Wish I could give ZERO stars! After being delayed for a third time, their reason was a wrong shipping address. This was proven to be FALSE by their care team and the company shipping my package. Now they want to delay my package for another two days out. Complaining higher up does nothing. Request for merchant to never ship via Fedex ! How can there be no one who can get in contact with workers in the warehouse? sounds like a load of BS to refrain from taking responsibility for their corrupted workers. UPS can do it. Why can't Fedex?

One of the employees from this distribution location had the audacity to steal my packages. I have camera footage of him eyeing the bags, opening one, and then removing the label with my information on it and tossing it on the elevator floor of my building. (Already filed a case against you)It is incredibly sad that in a time when we should be able to seamlessly rely on a multi million dollar conglomerate to deliver a package from point A to point B.. We have to spend time worrying about the wrinkles that present themselves in the form of the shifty integrity of the humans that said reputable organization employs.Buddy you probably thought you came up there but I’ll be calling everyday and commenting on this Google profile until your manager contacts me.Ridiculous…

As of today it's been 4 weeks since I ordered my package and these people have not delivered it. The website is saying potentially delayed I called them several times and I'm not getting any updates so I believe that someone probably knew what was inside the box did a fake scan and took my package.
