Do not go. My mother went there because she wanted her information transferred because she received a new phone. They charged her $45 to transfer the information. She called metro (for an unrelated incident) and mention to the rep this charge. Luckily the rep on the phone was able to help rectify the situation, however it is sad that this location is scamming people and up charging. They make it seem as if it’s a company thing but it’s not.

They never answer the phone, you can walk in and the store is not even busy. I asked for a $50 unlimited plan and the gentleman there decided to upgrade me to the $60 plan and told me no worries he applied a promotion for my first month... Lies!! Last month as a Metro user!

Avoid going there at all cost. I went there because I was local. I relay what was told to me by A rep via the phone. I explain to the lady what the problem is and the first thing she tells me is that I need to pay for something I was told to replace by the company and did not break myself, a mis hap on their end. Horrible customer service, the lady has the audacity to get upset when I was neither rude to her or profound with her. I will be further complaining to the better business bureau & to corporate of Metro/ T mobile. This is not how you treat your customers. This explains why the store is always empty. At the end of the day she did not solve my problem I still had to waste my time, money & get on the phone with the company to fix my issue.

They really be robbing ppls money here the first time years ago I bought I phone somewhere else just the phone do I asked for a SIM card here and we’ll the SIM card wasn’t working and they really tried charging me 30-50$ for service internet to work and I ended up doing it myself with some codes I remembered that worked on my old phones and it worked smh then I went again just a couple days ago tried charging me 900$ plus maybe more for iPhone 11 when In 83 and Roosevelt they told me it was gonna be around 830-850$ but they were out of stock and I ended up buying in 103 between 37 and Roosevelt Whole thing was 825$ sheesh I don’t recommend this store to anyone tbh
