As a frequent traveler and Gold Elite member, my recent stay at NY LGA Marriott left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had high expectations, considering my loyalty to the brand, but unfortunately, my experience fell far below standards.Upon requesting a simple hot cup of water with three lemon slices, I was shocked by the rude and disrespectful attitude of the restaurant staff. Despite my willingness to pay for the lemon slices, I was met with laughter and disdain. The lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member was unacceptable.Seeking assistance from the front desk, I was dismayed to find no managerial presence. Instead, another staff member intervened, essentially pleading with the restaurant staff on my behalf. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessionalism within the establishment.The incident escalated further when I was unexpectedly asked to check out of my room by a manager, adding unnecessary embarrassment to an already unpleasant situation. This level of incompetence and disrespect is unacceptable, particularly for a loyal Gold Elite member.In all my years of traveling, I have never encountered such blatant disregard for customer service. My experience at the marriott was not only disappointing but also embarrassing and frustrating. I urge potential guests to reconsider their choice of accommodation and to avoid the disrespectful treatment I endured.

Overall, it's a good hotel, but it's a bit disappointing that it takes a bit of time to get out of Manhattan.For your information, the quesadillas sold at the restaurant in the lobby are really delicious.

I have stayed in six different hotels in New York in the last 3 years and I have to say, this one was the best!One thing's for sure; on my next visit to New York I will be staying at the Marriot New York Leguardia!It was the cleanest and most spacious room I've staying in in NY. The food was the best hotel food, as well. I was very impressed.Free shuttle to the airport to a free bus ride to the subway, and only $2.90 to Manhattan. What more could you ask for?! Although, next time I plan to spend some time in Queens.Thank you Marriott. You have gained a loyal customer.Rooms: The room was clean and comfortable. We had stretching room and more than enough closet space.

Nice property. Not much within walking distance, but it's close to the airport.Walkability: If you want a tasty burger, head down 23rd to Burger Queen. The bomb.

I never ever came back because too much experience. Service too bad cleaning is too bad also nation is 1$ battles water. Very expensive parking too much there on hot water. Too much the room inside I’m sure zero star hotel. Nothing is breakfast free but very expensive hotel. Nothing in Wi-Fi on room. I am not recommended anybody.

We stayed at the hotel because of a delayed flight. We were able to catch the shuttle from and to the airport which is convenient. You can walk but I wouldn’t recommend, not very walking friendly. The room did get warm and we had to open the window because we couldn’t get the temperature down.I gave service 2 stars because I needed a toothbrush brought up to the room and they said they were too busy to bring one up.Walkability: Not as walkable to LGA as I was expected. Using the shuttle is a must.

Pls beware of this hotel and read my review ,I travelled with my family from canada but unfortunately . We suffered a lot, reception ladies weren’t nice , they don’t even smile to your face, we actually ignored that but first night we didn’t sleep as we were scratching like crazy , next morning we discovered that our bodies were reddish and very itchy with red pumps all over our bodies , so second night got worse , third day we left. We complained with Expedia as we reserved through them but unfortunately Expedia tried to discuss the situation with the hotel they refused to refund , compensate. They ignored the situation completely. I just decided to show how we suffered and alert visitors to this hotel. Pls see photos
