I had a terrible experience at this Walgreens. I went to return a product that I purchased online and they don't know how to do the return. The shift leaders were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic knowledge about their responsibilities. To make matters worse, the manager, Winnie, was the most unprofessional and unpleasant leader I’ve ever encountered. She should jot be in customer service profession.
Instead of resolving issues, she was dismissive and rude. Just because it's next to my work,I go there.

Was shopping at 8:30am, pressed the help button for beer and waited through 9 loud speaker assistance calls for an employee to come help. When an employee finally came, she said they could not find the key to the fridge doors. This shows the ineptitude of the store manager to make sure the employees have the correct tools to assist their customers. It also the lack of effort the employees put into locating this key. How much business was lost this day because of this ineptitude?

Store needs cleaning. Very Dirty and smelled terrible. Needs a staff change as well. No longer a nice place to shop. Actually that whole shopping center needs cleaning.

This store needs to re hire a new staff in every section of the store. All the staff members here carry on with a non caring attitude. On line one day I had to wait for the only cashier available until he got off his cell to check me out.This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to.. Do not use the pharmacy here.They are rude and very slow.

My first time at this Walgreens and will always come back here. Jahanzeb was extremely helpful despite me having an annoying order pick up issue. He was able to fully resolve the issue with a pleasant attitude as well. Very grateful for his assistance!

People working here are nice but the company’s system is horrible. FSA cards rarely work here even to purchase items marked FSA eligible. Even with a non-FSA card, got charged for multiple items and only received one, and the system put extra charges on my card (you know, like, fraud?!). Several calls later the answer is just that that’s just how the system works, I just have to wait to see what my bank says. Yikes.I guess I recommend using cash only with Walgreens, to avoid having them make unauthorized charges on your card.

Everything is locked up on the shelves but the staff doesn't come to open it when you buzz. I saw three of the staff members that were just hanging out and ignoring the calls to open the locks acting like it was a huge favor for them to do that for me. Next time just buy on Amazon because it's cheaper and faster!

The new cashier was very kind, she helped me a lot, however there is an Asian girl who you can't say anything to because she is always in a bad mood even with her own co-workers.

The worst customer experience I have ever had!!! I never want to go back to the store. I got a confirmation email for ready to pick up in store pickup order. The cashier lady on the counter ignored me for 30 minutes left me right next to counter, even I saw my order on the shelves. I told her that. I showed her my email. She didn’t want to check my email order. She called the manager told me to spoke my name on her phone??? The manager came, she was so RUDE. With the attitude told me to go to another counter scan the code, I followed. And yelled at me: “to go back to another counter to go picked up your stuffs!” This location deserved 0 score for customer service.

Do NOT get photos done here! An email confirmed my wood panel was done. Got to the store just for them to tell me they didn’t have the materials to make it but come back tomorrow because the shipment of materials would be there and it would get done. Came back three days later. That same manager explained they don’t do wood panels of that size at all (says they can online) and then they completely lost even the photo they were to use. The manager didn’t seem to care or even provide a different solution. Will NEVER do photos with Walgreens again. Just go through CVS, better coupons anyway.
