  I had two very small, already paid for packages I just needed to drop off and leave. They said “we don’t have drop off today” what do you mean?? You have a window right there for dropping packages in??? How can you not have drop off for an item that’s already paid for? And I have to stand in line for that? Behind the people who are going to take 10 min each? I’ve never heard of that at a post office before. Literally just get a window that has the door that slides your packages in and can’t be accessed from outside, like every other post office in the world. You don’t need those dumb two sided windows that people can steal out of that I see all over New York. This would answer the issue of not having a person to work the collection window and never having to not let people drop off their packages. So dumb.

  The new guy that works there is polite and nice.. Glad they added him, now they just need to add one more person to service the other window.

  I come here very often to send out packages. The workers have always been nice and respectful. In and out within 10 minutes. Sometimes there’s a line, but it’s understandable when it’s one worker there. No bad experiences here.

  This location is modest, but the service is attentive.
  The person at the window is always very patient, understanding, and tries his best to answer questions or explain the process.

  I’ve come here so many times when it’s a business day (definitely not a holiday or observed day) and, like today, we are all waiting outside and it’s 5 minutes past open. It’s amazing people get paid to do a job they don’t even show up for. This is ridiculous and the third time this has happen so I’ll update my review with information on where to follow up on these issues. Get it together.

  Called and spoke to a super nice rep from thisoffice who helped me resolve my issue. She looked into a package that I put the wrong address on and she got it corrected and sent to my customer.

  Worst USPS ever. Always a line and their workers work SUPER SLOW they will take HALF an HOUR to attend one client. Also its true the workers also have a bad ATTITUDE. Avoid this location to save yourself some time and energy.

  I came in the other day and I have to say, the clerk that was there I think his name was Israel. He was very helpful, thorough, communicative & sweet. I will definitely be coming back just because of him.
