Never go for passport photos, made me wait just for manager to tell one of the employees to figure it out. Safe yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I came here today to go shopping and wanted to buy a charging cable but the chargers are physically very far away and your employees do not respond in a positive way and they talk to people personally, disregarding customer satisfaction. There are two women and one man, both of them have glasses and they are around 25 years old. They are using the reputation of this business in a bad way. I do not recommend it to anyone. Please shop elsewhere. !!!!!

Always an issues with this place. Orders are never ready when said. Photo orders are taken when only a GM can print them but then theres no GM in every shift? Blows my mind that this is the policy. A complete waste of time going to this place. You never know if you’ll get what you need. Terrible management and system. All front facing staff should be trained on every station. How hard is it to print out a birthday card ?

I've been going there for years and I have never been treated badly or had to wait on line too long. What I hate, is that mostly everything is locked up. Makes me feel like I'm living in the ghetto. Regardless, the floor and pharmacy staff is always courteous and assist me with a smile.

This pharmacy is the worst there is. The other day I went to buy deodorant and toothpaste. Like all pharmacies, things are locked. The young man who helped me handed me the deodorant and snatched it from my hands and told me that he personally had to take it to the cash register. I asked him since when do they do this and he left. Then I called him because I needed toothpaste and the same boy came back and I asked him if I look like a thief. He tells me no, but everyone steals. He laughed and left. In other words, because I’m Hispanic they profile me as a thief.

Other than the excellent quality photo printing, the customer service here is just awful because they have everything locked up. So you’re at the mercy of the store clerks who take their sweet old time to get the keys and come to you. Then they carry the items for you and ask what else you need. This store location feels more like a prison commissary than a local pharmacy and that is just wrong.

He has a girl working who is a bitch, an animal, she went to take a 2x2 photo and she treated me extremely badly. I didn't even want to give the password they ask for on the computer. I don't know how they have her working. Her name is (Avena).
