I have been banking with citizens bank since they were charged one bank. I have business and personal account with them. They have become very bad with customer service. Also, they have become fee Bank.

Switched banks because I heard great things about citizens, best decision I ever made. Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. Happy to have a citizens here in East Greenbush!!

There is a Citizen's bank closer to me but I go out of my way to visit this one. Incredible staffing, I get in and out quickly no matter who I'm speaking to.

This bank is awful. I switched from another bank about a year ago. Citizens seemed great at first but I have had nothing but issues. The biggest being holding mobile deposits from The NY State Comptroller for over a week. Which is also where my direct deposit comes from. It makes no sense and this practice has caused several problems. I'm in the process of finding a new bank AGAIN!

paid rent for 3 years with pop money never a issue they changed over to zelle went into the bank 2 times told me all i had to do is use the app and the reciever had to do nothing well now my rent is not paid and is way late and my money is gone from my acct and the bank is not helping me . closing this acct as soon as they return my money which they say is gonna take 10 days!! they will have me living on the streets had to come up with more money for rent in the meantime

I came to the bank to help my elderly father set up on line banking. Unlike other banks, Citizens requires you come in in person. It was a Saturday and only one teller was on and there were two employees in office cubes. We waited in line to be told then to wait for a employee behind the office cube. One office cube person saw we were waiting and said they'd be right with us. She then went to the teller area and waited on everyone who was behind us in the original line we started in. So very frustrating with this bank. I would strongly recommend not doing business with them
