She walked us through the steps to convert our mobile service to Spectrum, provided clear guidance on next steps, and, most importantly, was exceedingly pleasant, courteous and professional throughout our experience. We very much appreciate everything she did to make our stop enjoyable and productive! Michele is a rock star.

Don't fall for their ACP NO COST 100Mbps Internet scam. They will charge you all sorts of bogus fees and claim the offer they sent you in the mail and you have in your hands doesn't exist.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Joe Schweppes customer service at Troy Rd store. He was already calling me to his desk as I reached the sign-in pad. As I was explaining why I was there, he had a replacement router ready for me to sign for. He was efficient & pleasant. Never been taken care of so fast before, I was there maybe 5 minutes.From storm damage on Tuesday, internet was out for @18 hours. When it was restored our router wouldn't work and after about an hour on chat in the app. the customer service rep. (name started with "Z" & was good) gave me a home service appointment for 6 days later! Not! So I asked if I could go to a store & swap the router & he said yes. Good decision.

Breanna was very friendly and helpful when I came in to return my old equipment. The online appointment that I made was convenient also. The whole process took about 5 minutes.

I am writing this on behalf of my boyfriend. He switched the Spectrum's mobile plan earlier in the week and has been without service since starting. Spectrum has spent DAYS "trying" to get his old number switched to their service. They have been no help! Since his number has not been switched over he cannot call Spectrum support so he's been going to this store every day this week and no one has been able to help resolve his issue. He is now on day 4 without service. That is completely unacceptable!!

I have to say, as much as I hate Spectrum and can commiserate with some of the other comments on this, our East Greenbush store is fantastic.Especially Brianna - She patiently helped us out when 3 other customer service reps either kicked the can down the road or flat out told us there was nothing they could do. So nice to run into a caring professional in this day and age who truly takes pride in a job well done. Thanks again Brianna.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out and huge thank you to James A. at the East Greenbush, NY store. James is no doubt a hard working guy who really cares about Spectrum customers. Simply put, James is outstanding. Spectrum....you need to hang on to this guy, you're lucky to have him.

First of all the I will never have my son go to this store again. The employee working today was zero help, kept saying he just's wants to go home just want's to go home in front of my son. My son is 2 hrs away with a broken phone and wanted to pay it off and order a new one. The employee told him he couldn't pay off the phone and he could't order one for him either. I called in and paid off the balance due and asked my son to go back in and try again, the reason for going to the store is to get it shipped into the store and not at home. The employee order's the phone and ship's to the home address, now I call in again to cancel the order. Hopefully someone see's this and can deal with it.

James treated me better than family! It was a nice change to go into a cellular provider store and not walk out with my hair on fire (Verizon, take note). It’s a comfortable space, I didn’t mind waiting a bit as I walked in without a reservation.I signed up for home internet service and walked out with a free line of cell service for a year and it took less than 30 minutes!Thanks James, I hope you have a great holiday season!

We went to the store and had Michele help us to transfer our phone lines over and she made the process so easy and flawless. She also looked into our account and saved us more money on our WiFi. Great experience overall!

Each time I have moved, I've dreaded dealing with changing service with Spectrum. Equipment never transfers, plans always vary, it's endlessly frustrating. My all time best Spectrum experience--not to mention the easiest part of my latest move--was this Spectrum location. Brianna had me set up in no time, and is the friendliest, most helpful Spectrum employee I have ever worked with.
