FRAUDELENT - This store is the worst ATT store I have ever been to and the only one in East Hampton.I have always had a feature, called NextUp which is an extra $6 monthly, you can upgrade in a year and 1/2 . When I went into the store today, I was told I wasn't signed up for it, a very very rude man working there, spoke down to me, said he couldn't help me and the person who botched my order, was no longer working there, and to basically leave the store, call Apple, he didn't care, buy a new phone, etc. I'm no longer on the plan, it was the employee's fault who sold me a defective iPhone. I had to exchange it and he didn't add the plan back on through carelessness. ATT found this out after being on the phone for an hour.So now stuck with this phone, for another year and 1/2, which is 2005.I have used this store for at least 10 years. They've always been pretty bad, except when I worked with the owner, maybe he sold the store.Reported. Fraudulent. This is a terrible store

Only a person could have helped me with my phone issue in that short amount of time. Yes, I paid a $10 fee so that I could use my passcode again; to access all its features without the annoying voice over; to go back to normal view from negative; etc. etc. All done with quiet professionalism and kindness.

The sales rep was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My experience of upgrading my cell phone was easy and quick. I love giving my business to local stores in my home town. Please stop in and let them help you with all your tech needs !!

Your average AT&T store. Stock is limited as is staff. But my interaction with the store associate was pleasant. Store is smaller than average but nice. The best aspect of this store is that another tech business is on-site that fixes phones and PC's.

These guys are a rip-off. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. The last iPhone I purchased had a default, the ringer was broken. I went back, they said they couldn't help me, get a replacement from Apple. I did. I also pay a $5 fee on my bill to get an upgrade every 18 months. When I went into the store today to get my upgrade, the employee told me I couldn't get it because Apple had given me a replacement for their own broken iPhone, they sold me, that they wouldn't replace. I asked if I could call ATT and talk to them to figure it out, and the employee told me he didn't have enough time to wait, he didn't want to deal with it.So I went home, called ATT, and they figured it out. ATT also gave me a lower monthly fee. When I got home today, my iPhone ATT passcode didn't work, and the employee had forgotten to turn Find my iPhone back on. I called the store and he blatantly lied to me, I won't go into it here, would take too long.ATT also charged me $20 less money for my new iPhone tax. The store wanted a $40 activation fee. I said I could take the phone and do it myself. The employee said, "NO". I told ATT. ATT did not even mention an activation fee of $40 extra dollars! Rude employee and bad service, plus rip-off and the store lied. Don't go, there are other stores in The Hamptons. This one isn't even certified.

JP helped me beyond measure on 2 different transactions, oops forgot to pack some things for vacation. Both of the sales felt more relational than transactional. He got to know me, my needs, made suggestions and both products were perfect! Met my needs 100%. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He deserves a raise, and a promotion. Thanks JP! You were awesome!! If I’m ever on Long Island again, I’m going to surely forget something and I’m coming to find you.

Scam artists, they sold us an expensive glass protector for a new iphone and installed a generic one on the phone (and didn't do a good job- it had bubbles on the screen). When questioned they denied they did it and demanded we leave the store. Hopefully enough people will complain and AT&T will discontinue having them carry their products. You can see I'm not the first user to complain about this company.

Honestly these guys are the best. They made me feel valued, by giving me a membership that includes free screen protectors replacements and accessories! Idk what this guy below me talking about but love these guys and would recommend them to anyone! Btw been going to them for over 10 years!

SCAM ARTISTS! This place is scamming people. Guy tried to charge me $30 for a sim card. Called ATT and they said SIM cards are free. ATT sent me one in the mail and I reported this location. Don't let these people try to steal your money.
