This CVS is just like all other CVSs (incompetent, 25+ minute wait lines, Katy Perry blasting directly over your head while you wait in said 25+ minute wait line and overpriced) except that this CVS will do this fun thing where they won't answer the phone- they just pick it up and hang up. It's happened to me twice over the last year. It would actually be hilarious if it weren't so utterly enraging.

I was in CVS printing photos from my phone. George spent tons of time helping me with the uncooperative printer. He was kind, patient and could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty.

Such as a empty pharmacy, they should close this location, they never have anything on store , almost every shelf is empty, if you can go the the cvs at Pantigo , go there because they always have everything on stock

The Worst. I was getting a prescription filled but they refused to ring up other items and said I'd have to pay AGAIN up front. I asked why and the PHARMACIST said "because you came in here with an attitude" no joke.

Had the worst experience here today at the pharmacy. Just awful. Transferring all my prescriptions, or trying to. They don't make it easy. Avoid this place.

I was recently at the CVS on Montauk Highway and wanted to relay what a wonderful encounter I had with one of the Employees. Belinda went above and beyond to help me. It’s so nice to see someone who takes her job and customer service so serious and sincerely.Thank You

It's fine when they're open, but they lie about their hours. They close at 10pm, not 11pm, Sunday through Thursday. I was there trying to get in, and someone else was also trying to get in, and a bunch of people who work there were watching and not caring.

I was just on the phone with pharmacy at 6:34 pm on August 1st. I was talking to a this woman who was basically attacking me through the phone for no reason at all!What a RUDE person and once I told her come down that’s when she realized how rude she was being! I will tell you something based on the reviews of this store it should have been closed already but I get it why they do whatever they want because at the end there are not a lot of other pharmacies!Horrible staff and if I could give no starts I would!!RUDE!!!!

Worst cvs ive ever experienced. As a provider calling in a prescription is almost impossible. Have to wait on phone for hours.

I would give this location negative stars if I could.I've been trying to get my blood pressure medication filled and the pharmacist answers only to purposely hang up on me. This has happened three times now. I normally don't leave negative reviews but in this case I'll make the exception because joking around about someone's medication whether young, old or whatever isn't a game and this is pathetic customer service

Wow, I see why they have such poor reviews! This location is a complete farce!! They messed up my order and refused to resolve it because they claim their staff doesn't understand or speak English well enough to communicate with customers over the phone. I spoke with Julianna, and Norma, also someone who refused to disclose his name ?. Unacceptable, unprofessional and downright belligerent staff. Hey CVS! If you're handling American pharmaceuticals, you need to be able to communicate with customers!
