“Dr. Kerr is a true rarity in today's highly corporatized medical reality. For one, he obviously actually cares about the patients' thoughts and feelings. Even though he is a really busy man, he never gives you the feeling that he is doing assembly-line medicine. He is NOT one of those doctors who speaks over the patient, but actually listens and then advises. He also has the knowledge, experience and training to point patients in the right direction in order to get the best outcome. Interestingly, both Dr. Kerr and I had the exact same, unique experience with multiple and concurrent tickborne illnesses, in Dr. Kerr's case he has written about this and gained great insight about something that greatly effects residents on the East End.
