I I’ve been training with Ari for over 10 years… He was great when we were in the studio but by zoom it’s even better. It’s amazing to me how attentive he is to my every move on zoom and how clearly he explains what I need to do. He’s awesome!

Gyrotonics has changed my life! I have had 2 knee surgeries and 2 torn achilles tendons and this is the only exercise that helps me and doesn't further injure me. Ari has a wonderful team and I highly recommend trying Philosofit!
