The auto repair guy is rude and the place is a complete ripoff. I went around the back to see if my car was done and he started freaking out like a child. Said he doesn’t like people walking in the back with all of his beater cars. He got so mad I actually thought he was joking. The guy that runs the fishing store next door is pretty nice though.

I took my 2007 Jeep Wrangler for some brake work this past Saturday. German quoted reasonably. Unforeseen additional work was needed and again, German quoted reasonably. I was only out for the weekend so he made sure that I got the Jeep back that same day.
I only have positive vibes and would recommend them without hesitation.

We love Sam's Auto! My husband and I are totally clueless when it comes to anything and they are happy to help us with anything that we need, no questions asked and with a smile. prices are fair, service is great... even after three consecutive days in a row between two cars we were always treated amazingly well and left happy each time- even patient and kind to our kids. We will never go anywhere else.

The owner has a terrible attitude. He yelled at me when I asked when he could get the part for my car. He said that he is tried of "you" people, cursed at me and hung up. I immediately picked up my car unserviced. I would not give someone like that business. Nasty!!

Herman and everyone at Sams auto are amazing. They fixed my car by the end of the day for a very fair price. They are professional, friendly, and do honest work. Cant recommend them enough, my new go-to mechanic out east!

The Best of the BEST!!!!! I will never go anywhere else. German is the nicest, kindest and most fair person around. The shop is not only great it's a rock fan's dream come true. You have to see it to believe it but most important is the mechanics are so skilled and so nice. Is this really East Hampton? Yes it is and it restores my faith in my community.
