they’re was a issue with my order and below is how it was handled by this store . It is very unprofessional I offered to pay for everything and just needed it for a very important wedding . Instead she told me maybe I should write it on a piece of paper . She’s ruined the gift so sad

The Monogram Shop has been around for many years. It is an East Hampton staple, lucky to have it. High end tasteful gifts all in one shop.

The monogram shop is the perfect place for gifts and great home decor. I would especially like to shout out Narcy and Yarumi who went out of their way to give me great customer service. Definitely shop here -- they're awesome.
