He was calm, and just wanted to help us - even if that meant not using his business. He walked us through the materials our car came with and advised us on how to best proceed. After calling our car emergency services and going back and forth with Rob, we decided together it made the most sense for him to come tow our car. He gave us a very reasonable offer and was at our location quickly. When he arrived, he was fast, efficient and again very kind and helpful. “East End Auto Service Center in Long Island is quite honestly the best service center I have ever had any dealings with,
All the people who work there give fantastic service to their customers. And I don't intend to find another place to get my car problems solved.
Found this place a few years back based on a recommendation of a co-worker and haven't looked back since.
These guys bend over backwards to get your car fixed, tested , tuned up and finished with whatever services are needed. They have even worked on my car problems till late (evening) in the day and way past their closing time just to get the car back to me in great working condition. I cannot complain about any service they have ever given me.
Plus they are totally fair and honest about their examination, evaluation, repair and pricing of whatever repair I have needed, car. They breakdown line by line the parts and services needed. And any problem that crops up , they will inform you of it and proceed according to your decision.

“Guillermo was leaving for the day and saw me at the Air Machine. He stopped his car and jumped out to help me and actually found a nail in my tire. With out missing a beat he patched my tire and checked the other three. Not knowing there was a nail I would have wound up with a flat on the side if the highway. The owner of this station should be proud to have an amazingly kind hardworking person working for them.”
