After planning and executing the holiday dinner, it was a lot to be running around to execute another celebration straight away, but Colleen took the anxiety out of my need for festive decor. She'll get back to you straight away, and put your fears to rest. I was able to squeeze two dozen ribbon-bound balloons in my Mini Cooper in two bunches, thanks to Petit Blue's balloon weights and Colleen's generous assistance! She even gave me an adorable, giant sparkler to light for the celebration that was simply the icing on the proverbial cake. The balloons were luxe looking and the younger guests were thrilled to have them in the days following.
