Came today but seems like the cranky rude clerk lady (Mirna) can't do a few steps to pick up the package in the back. Alan the manager says that picked up isn't a choice even that I've done it before. Package is delayed but both of them seems to not care. Avoid this place and do a favor to yourself! 👎🏼🧠🌟

Frequently, mail and packages are not delivered to my mailbox/home even though tracking says items were delivered to my address.

Not sure why this post office has such a bad rep. I’ve been in year around and overall always had good experiences. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait so plan ahead.
I was in this morning 8/11 and Inga was super nice and fast.

Please tell the postman to shut the mailbox doors all the way after delivering mail in the trailer park ! (Oakview hwy)Almost every day mine and half my neighbors mailboxes are not closed or open to the weather after delivery 🤷🏼♂️

On Monday, July 31st around 7:30 PM, I noticed an old heavy set USPS man driving erratically by Underwood Drive. Hitting property markers, purposely driving over grass on neighboring properties along with sudden acceleration. Van # 2323619. There is multiple video footage of this occurring along with clear photos of the vehicle.This behavior is dangerous and should not be tolerated. This is the same driver that failed to look behind him as he quickly reversed into oncoming traffic out of a driveway.Could not get his attention until he was inches from our vehicle, even with the horn blasting.Absolutely unprofessional. We will all file a formal complaint regarding this USPS employee.

We had a great experience applying for a passport for our baby here in June 2022. The office was mostly empty, and the clerk who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We were in and out in about ten minutes.One important heads up for passports however: bring your own photos—online it says they have photo service at this location, but the day we went they didn’t.

Yesterday I received an email stating an attempted delivery could not be made at 6:15pm because my front door was not accessible. I was home the entire time, no one came to even try to deliver and my front door is completely accessible. The post office email is a complete lie! There was never any attempt made.
